Would like to have given a score of 10 but unfortunately the bedroom did let the stay down somewhat. The bed cover had holes in it and the towels also were wearing thin and had holes in them. Also, the bathroom furniture (shower, etc) needs sorting out as not in keeping with the rest of the bathroom. All a bit dated really.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing room, outdoor space and pool. Very helpful staff and great breakfast with a large selection of different foods. Just a short drive to the hot springs that are well worth a visit, the best ones I've seen.

The space from the shower cubicle to the toilet was a little improbable; it was difficult for a 5ft8" person to use the WC facilities!

The Fattoria Pianetti is situated on a tranquil hillside with views of the countryside. It is conveniently located for visits to the nearby Terme di Saturnia. The property offers breakfast and evening meals, and guests can relax on the spacious patio areas or by the pool.

We had the best breakfasts we've ever experienced in Italy, with impressive selection of cold cuts, meats, cheeses, as well as pastries and sweet breakfast options. Fantastic service that made us feel at home. The property is beautifully situated, just a 8 min. drive from the hot springs. Arriving late in the evening, we instantly knew we had made a great choice. Staying in room number 3 we enjoyed excellent conditions and plenty of space. The property offers ample relaxation areas, parking, and walking trails along the vineyards. Bathrobes and towels are available for a small fee. Our room and bathroom were modern and comfortable, with a mattress that left me feeling fully rested. Even the most demanding guests will love this place. The photos don't do it justice – it was a delightful surprise. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to come and rest. Quiet surrounding. Nature is beautiful with a lot of animals to see. The outdoor pool is heated you can swim any time of the day. Staff and food are perfect. Its a must.

the Fattoria has a beautiful Tuscany construction and the rooms where very comfortable and made you feel at home. Food at the Fattoria was fantastic and the Staff was very friendly and always willing to help and suggest things to do/to see. We had a fantastic time. The Florentine Steak we had there was out of this world!

The ceiling is made of wood and creaks all night.

The reception personnel was very nice and polite, we received a great recommendation that wasn't in our schedule to visit Montemerano. It turned out to be one of the most lovely small towns in Tuscany, thank you for that! The location is nice, our was room spacious. The dinner and breakfast were very good.

The A/C was off or very low; we stayed there in late September and we sweet all night, we couldn’t barely sleep. We complained to the manager and he was very rude and didn’t ever offer a fan. There were a lot of bugs inside the room, but we search and seems to be harmless to people.

Breakfast seemed a little chaotic but think that was due to most rooms coming down at once. They couldn’t keep up with coffee orders at one point

One of our favourite places in our whole trip. Lovely location ideal to get to the hot spa baths early in the morning then come back to enjoy breakfast. Dinner was wonderful and staff very helpful The honey at breakfast was delicious.

Stunning location, nice and quiet and great to escape the cities. Close to springs. Dinner was some of the best food we had in Italy, and breakfast was great too. Nice warm pool also.

The location, the surrounding. The breakfast is extraordinary with the possibility to grill your bacon at the open fire. The restaurant we didn’t try but even external guests was using so it should be very good. The pool plus sunchairs is very nice so you can spend some time there. Surely we will return
