When we arrived to Cinciano we were so amazed by the whole property and just walked around to take in the buildings, the view and the whole place. It’s really beautiful. The service was great and we were welcomed by a nice woman that helped us to pickup the luggage with a golf car. The pool area was great as well, relaxing and calm. We forgot to reserve a table at the restaurant, which is a tip because it was full booked when we arrived. Instead they fixed so we could order take-away and we bought a bottle of wine from their shop, to be able to sit outside our apartment by the pergola instead. One of the most beautiful stay during our visit, really recommend if you are traveling around by car in Toscana.

The room we were in was opposite the restaurant with no real view and was a little noisy, a little disappointing. The pool is lovely with spectacular views, just a shame people go down spread their towels on all good seats and then leave.

The hotel is set in the most perfect location, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for two nights to recover from Florence, and was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good, and staff very friendly. Recommend and would stay again.

Poor food and drink facilities. The restaurant food was fantastic, but it did not have space for all booked staying guests. If you had not booked the restaurant for every lunch/dinner you need in advance of your stay, it was always fully booked, so you are turned away, even as guests. Outside of restaurant opening times, there is nowhere on site to buy a drink or snacks without driving into the local town, a few miles away. So our advice: book the restaurant for every lunch and dinner before your stay, and stock up on water/ drinks to keep in your room (as there is only 1 small bottle of water per person provided each day). When we did find a member of bar staff (during bar open hours) to ask if we could buy a drink, we were told he was too busy as he was about to commence a wine cellar tour. An hour or so later, on his return, he did apologise and allow us to buy a drink then from the bar. So - be self-sufficient if you stay here: ok if you have booked rooms/villa with a kitchen, but much harder if you have just booked a bedroom in the main house as we had.

Beautiful historic buildings, lots of communal rooms to use e.g billiard room, beautiful peaceful setting with great views. Restaurant food was delicious. The gardens were immaculately kept and like the garden of Eden to sit in, with fountains and pools. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming. Reception staff were very helpful.

Pets are allowed but a barking dog in the next-door apartment is not particularly relaxing. Also, it is a very romantic resort and location but lots of families with young (screaming) children so for a romantic holiday this probably isn't the resort to go to. perhaps a minor point is that is quite a bit off the main road and Poggibonsi is the closest town but not the nicest so for a good trip and good restaurants it is better to go a bit further away.

A wonderful view towards San Gimignano and the real Tuscan feel - large apartment with regular cleaning and fresh towels, two swimming pools and all facilities one needs.

It’s a big facility so we found lots of people, while originally we were looking for something more niche. The toilet in the room could be built in a different way, as it had its own ceiling (open in some places) within the room’s one.

We really enjoyed the location in the middle of Tuscany. Amazing vibes and impressive views over the Tuscany hills. The venue is built as a small “borgo” which makes it very particular.

Our bed was just two singles pushed together which wasn’t that comfortable they don’t replace your towels each day and will charge you extra if you do want new ones.

Everything was amazing! The views are stunning the old buildings are beautiful! Pools were clean and perfect temperate. Breakfast was very yummy and they did so well to ensure gluten free options and remembered that I was gluten free every money so didn’t have to keep telling them. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

We like everything:) the property had everything we were looking for - pool, stunning views, vineyards, good breakfast! the room was spacious, the location is quite near a lot of small Tuscan towns, near Siena and Florence. And the views...perfect! They even made pizza, could arrange wine tasting, also there is restaurant if you want to have dinner.

An amazing place, no cons. Only pizza night not worth the price. Please note the reservations for dinner in the restaurant are needed and it is not open all the time.

The location is breath-taking, movie scenery! The staff was very friendly. We had a great time during wine tasting with Renzo (grazie!). It is not a standard hotel, it is the real 100% winery with the quest houses. The guests are left to their own, there are no waiters at the pool etc. Personally we enjoyed such an option as it gave us more peace and quiet. We could really relax. It is close to Siena and San Gimignano so it is easy to do some sightseeing as well. The Fiorentina steak in the restaurant was exquisite, a real Tuscan experience.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but so happy the water was very hot for a great rain head shower.

The restaurant was dinner was decent but nothing special. They’d do better to specialize in traditional Tuscan food done well as opposed to being a little fussy. An extra staff member would solve many issues.

The pool and the grounds were exceptional. Traditional Tuscan charm. A/C was good. WiFi was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Rooms were Tuscan authentic rustic. The ‘rocky’ road wasn’t an issue….just a bit gravelly.
