Very poor water pressure. Online registration app difficult to use and kept coming up with errors. Not one English speaking TV station out of the hundreds available. Difficult to contact owners by phone but did respond to messenging.

Kitchen utensils needs improvement. Lack of dish washer is a disappointment which in turn requires manual hand cleaning. Washing machine is available without clothes dryer and on top there is no provision to dry the wet clothes.

We stayed in this apartment for a day. The property is at third floor and at good location close to the railway station. cathedral and other commercial places. Owner is responsive to our queries. Television sets are available in both hall and dining room is a plus but both of them are not smart TV

80 stairs to climb to get to second floor apartment. The stairwell lights are motion activated at the bottom of the stairs so you have to walk down the stairs in complete darkness. the bathroom was tiny and lacked water pressure.

the kitchen equipment can be better, there was only 1 wine glass and 1 little spoon e.g. The coffee machine was broken, the communication with whatsapp was quick, but unfortunately the machine did not get fixed or replaced during my stay. The water pressure in the shower is poor.

very well located in the centre of Firenze, easy to get your first access to the building with the instructions received via whatsapp. Good bed, for 2 people the apartment has space enough. Communication with the organisation was easy.

In the apartment they only have non smart TVs (so don't expect to watch a film on Netflix). The sink in the bathroom is small.

The shower has not a lot of water, but it's ok. I'm trying to get an invoice and it's been quite complicated, I asked 2 times and no response and I need for my company as I was working.

Location. Cleanliness. Host was prompt to return calls however was not able to call us a cab on our last day. We got it handled but it cost us 30 mins and we nearly missed our flight.

Air conditioner was not able to cope with the heat - however it was extremely hot! And really the same issue as at most places - pillows too big.

Apartment was very quaint with shutters on the windows. Plenty of room for two of us and nice touch with the coffee machine.

The fact that guests were responsible for cleaning the kitchen. This wasn’t listed on Booking.com and meant that the kitchen didn’t feel that clean and lots of things were very dusty. Also no cleaning products, brushes or tea towels were provided. There was almost no contact with the host and didn’t feel welcome.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low.

We loved the clever layout of the apartment which used space very well. It was good to have a dining area and separate kitchen which though quite small did the job and was well equipped. The bathroom is well designed and we found the shower pressure adequate. Great to have a bidet. Plenty of extra towels and toilet rolls etc. The extra large bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a lift in the building which is not common in such old buildings in Florence. The location is excellent close to the Piazza di San Firenze which has some very good restaurants, and is very close to shopping. We were delighted to find the Fishing Lab restaurant right next door! And the Bargello Museum just a few minutes away - well worth a visit. Also the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery just 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment building.

We had a very stressful time getting into property.. instructions didn’t tally with location. The locks where antiquated and difficult to operate with pin/ front ( was non existent) the neighbour buzzed us in. Very poor communication asking for help. The apartment door lock malfunctioned, and we dare not leave apartment to eat. Eventually left around 10 to eat dinner.. nighmare. This morning the electric blew, so we could not see in bathroom and had to leave apartment unlocked. Very disappointing.

Some info on Florenceand some helpful advice on how to get about on the buses, how to get a taxi, and so on would have been greatly helpful. Just some thoughtful information for someone wanting to make the most of the place and their stay.

We picked the place for its location, and what we expected as a confortable place.. Can't say anything about the hosts as never had ANY contact with them. The little signs of neglect - eg, toilet roll holder somewhat loose, various doors also unsteady etc indicated some need to give the place a bit of TLC upgrade.

The apartment was robbed, our cash and jewelry were gone. The safety box was locked so we couldn’t store our valuables there. We addressed the problem to the staff asking who has an access to the flat because it was seemingly opened with a key. Unfortunately we got quite an annoyed answer saying that we are “behaving ourselves inappropriately” implying that they have something to do with that. Although I just asked who has an access. I would not recommend to stay in this place. Water pressure in the shower is just a joke. You can’t wash yourself with that…
