The access to the entrance is up a steep slope or steps. This was not a problem for us but would be if guests had mobility issues.

Great position just out of the village of Garda. Clean, modern, friendly hotel. Good breakfasts.

The hotel was almost fully booked so the only available room was an economy room. I would have liked a larger room, so next time I will book earlier!

My only comment would be that there could have been a larger selection of fruit juices as there were only orange or grapefruit available

The location is stunning. Overlooking Lake Garda. Attractive hotel, with lovely turquoise pool. Comfortable terrace to enable you to take in the view of the lake.

My daughter and I suffered bites from something in the room. We spoke to the receptionist who did not seem interested and told us they did not have a spray. I ended up on antibiotics. We asked them to check the room and change the bedding, that did not happen and we stayed 6 nights.

The location was fabulous, the pool, facilities, and food were perfect. Everything was amazing apart from one issue. Staff were welcoming and went out of their way for the guests.

Beautiful hotel located right on the shores of the lake, had a lovely swimming pool and you could see the lake as you ate your breakfast! The food was to die for! Cannot recommend enough!

Whilst the front of the restaurant was nice, the rear area lacked ambience. The Hotel could do with more car parking spaces.

It had a lovely chilled vibe, an amazing breakfast, is in a perfect location and spotlessly clean.

Hotel is up a steep drive from the road and this wasn't made clear from the listing. This meant I could not easily walk into Garda. Only 1 chair in a double room is not ideal, though had it been later in the season we would have sat quite happily on the balcony until late.

Breakfast had a reasonable choice of both hot and cold dishes. We took the dinner option too though didn't book this in advance- this was a fixed price menu with choices for starter and main. Salad and dessert were from the buffet. Lake view from the room was good and the balcony was a good size. For the able bodied, hotel is quite close to Garda.

Don't book a room without lake view. We did as we wanted a balcony to sit out and enjoy fresh air, but we were not bothered about seeing the lake. However the rooms without lake view face the car park and have incredibly loud air conditioning units right by them. Sitting out was unpleasant, so balcony was poinless (but still an extra cost) We asked for a different room. They moved us to a much smaller room with partial lake view, and charged us extra. No sympathy or understanding about our complaint.

Amazing location, just a few minutes walk from the lake front where there are so many bars and excellent restaurants. Garda is a great place for a holiday as you can do as much or as little as you like. Hotel pool was small but more than sufficient for a quick dip to cool off. There was always free sun beds.

Our balcony was facing the car park, which was bad enough but there is a underground generator that runs all the time and the noise is so loud. You can’t even open the door never mind sitting there
