Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwitzerlandBreakfast was rather disappointing (I would rather recommend grabbing a piece of focaccia outside - cheap and delicious!) and definitely mosquito nets would increase the comfort of sleep. After we chased mosquitoes in the night our sheets got a bit dirty (from previously sucked blood out of us) and even though service cleaned the room they left it like that, just covered it with blanket.
Very nice location and comfortable room with A/C (very useful when we found out about hungry mosquitoes) and pretty view from terrace

DenmarkBed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The isolation should be improved a bit as it’s possible to hear the train.
Location was great. Very close to the center and the sea. Possible to walk anywhere. 10 minutes from the station in case you want to use the train to visit Cinque Terre. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. both international and italian breakfasts available. I would really recommend it.

FinlandThere is a railway in the middle of the village and the Italian trains are not the most quiet ones so if you wake up easily in the middle of the night this may not be your place to spend a night. The car park is near but you need assistace from the personnel to get your car there.
Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was good and there was enough to eat. Small and nice terrace/balcony on the frontyard of the hotel. The room was small but tidy.

RussiaThere was no hospitality. When we checked in, they didn’t tell us about breakfast time, Wi-Fi, or when the hotel would close for the night. No information. The room was not very clean. There is no pleasant contact between the guest and the hotel.

SwitzerlandThe restaurant was a bit disappointing (except from the service which is excellent); breakfast was copious but there were very few fresh items, and when we tried the half-pension dinner the pasta mari e monti was uninteresting with hardly any mari in it and the second came cold.
The deco is very charming, it is a family run small hotel and all the staff is super friendly and helpful, also to organise excursions in the area. Rooms were comfortable, super clean, though a bit stuff (especially those on the third floor). It is very conveniently located, close to the beach but on a quiet side road.
