This hotel is a hidden jem. A real authentic family run hotel with amazing food served by the mama. The homemade food that we have had here was the best we had in all of Italy. The family works every day to give you the best experience around lake Como. We have a lot of respect for them, also because they give you the feeling that you are at home. Their hospitality and kindness is truly out of this world. They will help you with anything you want. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the airconditioning worked very well. The breakfast was freshmade and it was delicious. Mattia, the owner, also provides you with an extensive information brochure containing the best things to do around lake Como. We used the brochure a lot for hiking trails and parking places. It helped us a lot to explore the beautiful nature of Sorico and Como. He also helped us book a horse-riding experience which was amazing. Because of this family, our trip was really special and perfect for us. It felt like home. We will definitely, without any doubt, come back soon to this hotel and mama's food.

Great location close to the lake and town center. Very nice owner and super friendly staff. 👌 place very clean thought through and convenient. The tips from Mr. Mattia are spot on. It really makes the time valuable and comfortable when sightseeing.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location was amazing too. The dinner is amazing. The dinner (mostly) contains Italian food and the taste is so good that I can't explain in the message.

Really scratching to find something I disliked, but didn't like having to use my phone to view the menu, would rather have just had a sheet of paper to look at. That said, Mattia would probably have printed the menu off if I'd asked.

Family run hotel, very welcoming, very personable. If you asked them for something, nothing was too much bother. Food was great. Everything was homemade, and delicious at that. Rooms were spotless and comfy. Mattia, the proprietor, even helped me jumpstart my car. Liked it so much we actually extended our stay. There was an info pack in the room like a PhD dissertation.

We recently spent 5 days at this wonderful family hotel and had an absolutely awesome experience! The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly special. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Papa and Mama in the kitchen treated us to delicious handmade pasta, creating a homey and authentic culinary experience. Mattia and his sister provided perfect service, attending to every detail with genuine care. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our family vacation. The hotel and staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made for a very happy stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the balcony had excellent views. They gave us extensive information on activities and must-visit places in the area, making planning our days easy. The best part of the stay was the sublime dinner, with handmade pasta, which was the best pasta we've ever eaten. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable and their cute cat Mitsi for allowing us to pet her ❤️ We can't wait to return for a longer stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Europa. Our host Mattia was very helpful, he has prepared a file with information about all the places worth visiting. Dinner at the hotel was exceptional, highly recommend! Breakfast was great, as was the service at all times. Nice family run hotel. Bed was comfortable. We would definately go back.

We loved everything about the hotel, the staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. Mattia welcomed us as we arrived, and from then on we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The food excellent. We felt totally relaxed and at home. We would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and enjoy its wonderful warm atmosphere. I did not experience any negative situations. My husband even forgot his glasses at the hotel. The hotel owner informed us and arranged for it to be sent by courier.

The interest and concern of the hotel owner was very good. Also, you should definitely have your dinner at the hotel. Anne's pasta is amazing. I think it was the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life. Thank you very much for everything, hope to see you again. :)

Amazing hotel service with friendly owners, very delicious homemade food. Cleanliness in the hotel and rooms at a very high level, daily housekeeping service. Everything. Proper family-run hotel, taking care to do everything right and making a very good job of it. Very comfortable, very clean, personable hosts, and the best pasta dish I’ve had in three weeks touring all over Italy - so good I had it twice!

They were really nice to us, and we understand each other very quick. The rooms are comfortable, and nice, we got new towel every day, the view was amazing, and they have shutter which was a plus point. The breakfast was also really good:) Mattia is really kind and funny guy, he is the best host ever. We celebrate my best friend's birthday there, and they make for us suprise cake to my request. The home made pasta was wery delicious, and the wine also. The lake is 2 min from the hotel, this part of the lake is very calm, you can drink an aperol. We always have parking place next to the hotel. If you are not a morning person, you should bring earplug for yourself, because there is a church that often rings the bell.
