Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was typical but very good Italian with a particularly good selection of pastries. Location is very good, being just across the road from the edge of the Old Town. My room was a little dated but the wi-fi and aircon worked. I would stay there again.

The location is perfect, especially for parking your car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The building is old and well preserved, and decorated in a classic style. My room and everywhere in the premises were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The choice at the breakfast was modest. Private parking is expensive and you have to left the keys at the reception.

Was nice to have AC in the room. Hotel and the room was clean. Pillows were shallow but ok.

Bed was a bit on the hard side, old fashioned spring matras. Not a big deal though, well worth the price, great value for money.

Stayed in single room, but plenty of space. Basic layout as expected, but with airco and small but well designed bathroom. Breakfast ok, very Italian with lots of sweet pasties. But toast with ham, cheese and also muesli available. Location excellent, staff is helpful, also with sorting out street parking at low cost.

Comfortable hub in the inner city

[1] Rooms are not soundproof. If you sleep in (e.g., 09:30) you will experience all sorts of noises coming from either the inner court or, more often, from the corridor. For example, if the cleaning ladies decide to sit their cart in front of your door, they will keep coming back and forth and it almost feels like they are inside your room because all noises are so close you hear everything. [2] The shower hose was nothing exceptional and had some flaws. [3] Reception is not really open late at night: the receptionist is there, but you have to arrange for your late arrival (e.g., making phone calls and informing the property you will get back at 1 am instead of midnight, etc.): usually, when I book a hotel with a 24/7 reception is precisely to avoid these sorts of exchanges. [4] Parking: even if your car is parked you will be required to leave the keys to the reception and they would move the car during your absence (supposedly to make room for other cars). When I got back to my car, which had been moved, I found that nobody had pulled the handbrake -- which is not how you park a car. [5] Breakfast: as usual, Italians do not know how to make breakfast so I am not really holding this against the establishment... let us just say that there is the usual lack of eggs and other savoury options. [6] Plugs were a bit strange in my room: no plug next to the desk, so I had to keep the thread of my laptop's charger hanging from the bed to the desk.

Location is amazing and Europa is the perfect hub to visit the inner town and check in on all of its restaurants. The establishment is not new and rooms have undergone some renewal; however, both rooms and toilets are spotlessly clean. Some of the furniture has amazing design and style and I have really appreciated the bidet. Rooms are provided with plenty of towels, as well as quilts and hangers. The furnishing is in good taste, including paintings on the walls. The staff is very courteous and clearly made up of professionals. The hotel has a little bar and a roomy breakfast lounge. You can access the hotel from the rear or from the front. There is an elevator, which makes everything accessible and care has been taken to ensure wheelchairs encounter no obstacles.

Very very hard bed. When booking we asked for double bed, they gave us two singles. We asked room change, but there was two single beds just put together. At the breakfast food ran out even when there was almost one hour left, they did not bring anything in place of.
