Staff had messaged to say couldn’t do out of hours check in day before even though booked a month before stating our check in time as had a late flight. Booking.com sorted but would have been easier if hotel had replied to our messages. Made it unnecessarily stressful when a message back would have sorted the issue out.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff waited after hours for our late check in. Very close to Verona airport. Recommended if you have an early or very late flight!

The door of the bedroom is not sound proof at all. I could hear other guests talking inside their rooms during the night. Luckily they didn't make much noise.

Very clean, the hotel also seemed to be new or lately renewed. It's not far from the airport what was good for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have parking spaces.

Street and railroad can be heard in the room, but they get quiet during the night, so not really a problem.

2 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes on foot to the airport, perfect for a night before an early flight! Very clean and modern.

The location was nice because I arrived late at the airport, but it was next to a train rail (didn’t hear this though).

The room was nice with everything in it. The staff picked me up from the airport late at night, so that was really nice.

Nothing to complain. Maybe just check in time from 17 00 is little bit late. There is not much going around, except Verona airport.

The owners didn’t seem to know we were coming as their WiFi was down. The owners don’t stay after a certain time and some more guests came to check in but couldn’t which led to them banging on the doors. We could also hear a lot of what was going on in the hallway.

The location was good for the airport and easy to access with good parking. It was a decent sized room which was very clean.

no lift but in the light of everything else it was a minor thing and my stay was amazing.

It was way better than expected. Everything was brand new and very clean. The single room was spacious and so was the bathroom 🙌🏻 the hotel manager was so nice, allowed me to leave my bad after check out and come back for it before my flight. the hotel was in perfect location, basically at the train station. there was a train to Verona every hour which cost £2 and it took 10 minutes to get to city centre. highly recommend!

Great recently refurbished little hotel right next to the train station (10 mins to Verona). Owner was super friendly and very helpful. Stay away from overpriced tourist traps - stay here.

This hotel is best located for Airport transfers, however, the train station is 10 km far and lacks public transport. The public transport is even worse on holidays. The cab is available all time 24 hr. It is very near to Verona Airport.

Very tidy, refurbished hotel for a very reasonable price. I arrived late after chek-in hours due to a delayed flight but the owenr responded to my phone call quickly and let me in. After a good night rest I headed to Verona from the train station which is just across the road.

The location was close to the train and bus stop so that was very good. And also It was a quiet place. The staff was very kind and helpful. He gave me a lift from the airport in the middle of night, my flight was delayed few hours. Check in was until 22:00h, but the staff was waiting for me until 2:30! I really appreciated.

Very noisy...the doors, the train and whoever on the hallways. The Wi-Fi it's a disaster, who gives portioned WiFi ?!?!? Everytime is ending have to go to reception and ask for a new username and password !! And is ending unexpectedly, what if there is no one at the reception?!?! I mean we are in 2021 and with the mobiles, laptops etc. the Wi-Fi it's a must in everyone's life...no matter what. Work, booking, flight, etc. for me everything relying on internet and that was an isue there... There were hairs on the bed and so on... the bedsheets haven't been changed in a week even they came to clean... why else? I don't sleep on the floor and honestly was cleaner and less hairs than on the bed... sorry for this. But it is what it is.
