The bathroom could do with an update.

It was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and polite. It also had a nice pool.

I prefer the modern rooms but think the older rooms will have the best few over the lake!

We stayed in new part in Garda suite & it was very spacious & clean Great pool area & nice terrace Few mins walk to bus stop for bus into town which was very frequent

This is a fantastic hotel. A great location right on the lake with its own beach. A short walk to the bus stop that takes you to the old town of Sirmione. Lovely swimming pool. The staff are brilliant. The breakfasts are superb. It has two parts. A new extension and the original hotel. The older part is going to be renovated later so this hotel is only going to be even more popular.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Added advantage of sunbeds located in a private garden overlooking the lake. The rooms were so clean and spacious. Really enjoyed borrowing the hotel bikes to use on a couple of occasions. We never had any problems getting a sunbed around the lovely swimming pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's an approximate 25-30 minute walk into Sirmione which we really enjoyed doing, however there was also a very regular shuttle bus until quite late into the evening. Would absolutely stay here again.

I can’t think of one thing, as close to perfect as I’ve personally ever experienced.

The warm welcome, being treated as a person not a number, small touches, room being ready early, cleanliness, response times, every request was answered and dealt with. Etc…… the hotel manager Anna is a credit to this place.

The first night we couldn't get the air con to work - the patio sliding door handle needs to be in the "UP" position not down for it to work - feel it could do with a little note in the room to let you know.

Stayed here for 3x nights in the "new" block, the accommodation is lovely, with a nice big, clean shower area. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area is excellent, never an issue for sun loungers. A nice 25min walk to Sirmione.

The breakfast could have more variety. Most guests stay for at least a week and then it gets a little bit boring to have every day nearly the same and there would be so much small things be possible to change one too components every day. The aircon and fridges are relatively old and weak performance.

My stay (number 5 in the last 10y) was nice as always. The hotel is really nice, garden, beach, breakfast terrace are just beautiful and the hotel has a family atmosphere, also with the other guests. Still it has to be seen if the new owners can keep this atmosphere.

Lovely large rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, lots of storage and a nice large balcony. Beautiful setting for breakfast, peaceful gardens, lovely pool area and sun loungers, friendly staff. A wonderful stay.

Perfect location. We left Vetona and arrived in Sirmione here by bus only 3.60 each dropped us off near to the hotel. Minute we arrived, the staff were amazing and we could not fault this as throughout our 3 day stay amazing. Breakfast was amazing. We met the owner...we can see this place going far. Rooms in the new building were on high standard. Should be a 4star. Half and hour to 45 mins to Central part of Sirmione walking wise. Definitely a fantastic place to stay. Sirmione....beautiful part of Lake Garda.

Beautiful hotel located outside of the main hub of Sirmione. Private beach and pool were amazing and relaxing and the free bike hire was wonderful for an easy ride into the main town. Staff were wonderful and the views/location were stunning!

Lake Front. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was heated which helped as we visited in May. Reception lady from Verona was extremely friendly and always had a smile.

The location was perfect., right on Lago Gardo within walking/biking distance of the Sermione Peninsula. Our room had a large balcony. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. We loved using the free bikes. The pool was heated but unfortunately it was still too cold for me to get in.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful location, great size room with enormous bathroom and spotlessly clean. Free bike hire was great and good choice at breakfast. Must try the restaurant as although it is run separately it is delicious and great value for the quality. Only wish we’d realised sooner.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Very friendly staff. Clean and well presented public area's. Clean and enjoyable pool area. Plenty of sun loungers. Clean and well maintained lakeside sunbathing area. Nothing that I could fault. Would highly recommend.
