You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyNothing at all, everything was perfect. Suggestion: Breakfast service could be easier and faster without being served and it also lessens the workload of the hosts. However, I understand the hygiene reasons behind it.
Breakfast was amazing. Located in a quiet part of the old town, the B&B was very central and close to many restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable and place was very clean. Our host was really friendly and nice.

United KingdomAny negatives are just nitpicking. I wish check out could have been later than 10am (which seems to be a post-covid phenomenon everywhere now).
The hotel was located off the main high street in the old town, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. The room was really good size and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of great food and a beautiful view on the roof terrace over the old town. I must specifically call out Angela, who was an incredibly amenable host and made the experience very special.

Our host Angela was exceptional! She was super helpful, the breakfast she setup each morning on the rooftop was spectacular. She helped bring our luggage upstairs to our room and then again on our departure. The room was very beautiful, quiet from street noise and in such a beautiful location.

Hungaryeverything. first time in Vieste, definitely not the last, great place to spend a couple of days. very centrally located B&B couple of minutes walk to the best restaurants in town. city beaches are 5-15 mins walk. paid and guarded parking is 10 mins walk but you can unload the luggage 50 meters from the B&B. the owner is super nice and super helpful, building is restored like new. great view from the terrace where breakfast is served. couple of steep stairs will keep you fit :)
