The location, beside the Ligurian Sea and next door to the train station. A small friendly and efficient hotel. Tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. Helpful, friendly staff and good food available three times a day( breakfast included in the price). A three course evening meal for 28 euros. Comfortable bed, room cleaned every day. I requested a sea view room, stunning views!

Very good airconditioning throughout the hotel. The lady at the reception had a genuine smile and was very helpful. Really felt like an exclusive experience, but then for a reasonable price. Just 200mtr from the beech (promenade). Couldn’t be in a better location. Will be my place te go for any visit to that region.

Bathroom photos were not from the same room. Our bathroom was really old and there is a must to have a renovation. The closest beach, where pets are allowed is around 45km from the hotel. There is not much place to take a dog for a walk - there is no grass at all. Even in main street, where I took my dog for walk, because I did not want my dog to piss on hotel's corners. Main street really stinks from dogs piss. :) Parking is free at the hotel, but extremely narrow. We have Tesla model Y. The room had air condition. AC is in front of the bed and it has a very shaky plastic shade, so You do not get cold air directly to the face. It is really loud. We had a dinner at the hotel. Reception is asking You everyday if you will have it. It has a fixed price (28e per person), but only for a food. Everything else You take is extra (water and wine) and we did not see a meniu for the drinks. Just a price at the check out.

It is free to stay with your pet. Extremely friendly reception, very helpful and pet loving people - we were allowed to have breakfast together with our dog outside in the terrace. :) Location is really nice and good, if you stay without pets. Free parking for car.

Beautiful house next to sea and a rocky cost. There is a pool nearby or you can swim in a sea. I loved waking up with a smell of freshly baked croissants! Beautiful experience!

No drinking water in the room. Some rooms are quite tiny. It can be a bit uncomfortable, if you are not a solo-travaller and carry many luggage with you.

Location is perfect, you could not wish for more. The area is quiet, birds sing beautifully! Not fancy, but very clean and well thought-out and cosy hotel. Breakfast was continental (no hot food), but rather good.

Near the train station. Walk out of the train station, look to the right, and it's up a small hill. Beautiful view from my room. I could see the water from my room. The breakfast was good with a large selection. Staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was larger than I expected. It had an elevator. It was close to the water (train was between hotel and water, but I didn't hear the train). The town had a nice promenade to walk on. Close to restaurants.

Breakfast was a little repetitive...but we were there for 11 days! And we will certainly go back!

The location in Nervi is superb - right in front of the train station (a great way to get around in this part of Italy) with views of the Mediterranean. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff are bright and friendly.

I am really sorry to say that the overall good impression was dented by the individual serving night shifts in the reception -simply put, one of the most rude and unpleasant person we met. If handing room keys, helping to store luggage, being respectful to guests and explain regulations in a courteous way is not your cup of tea you should not work in the hospitality industry. We got the impression this person was forced to work here against their will.

Location was excellent, rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was very nice and abundant (for Italian Standards). Service was also good with attentive and helpful personnel apart from the night shift receptionist.

The location was great and the hotel lovely. We were lucky as had a balcony with a beautiful view toward the ocean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent I thought. I had let them know I was gluten free and both mornings there was a gf basket waiting for me which was excellent as for those who are gf you know the deal of eating little from buffets.

The mattress was the worst I have ever slept in. Springs were sticking out and it was hard. Might be okay for a couple of nights, but after seven nights I had a sore back. At breakfast I had a hard time every morning to get a second cappuccino, I either received it very reluctantly or my request was ignored completely. Dinner had to be booked at breakfast or you had to eat elsewhere. Every time you leave you have to give reception your room key, they insist on it. There were always lots of people staying at the hotel, so if you don’t mind the things I just mentioned above, it is a nice hotel for the money you pay.

Great location, just a few steps from the train station. Property was clean and well maintained.

There was no blanket, we used bedsheets and the thick cover. The shower head has mold, and we missed a minibar.

Wonderful view to the sea, amazing and helpful staff, beautiful place for breakfast, nice shower. It is so close to the train station and also to the sea.
