Location was good, and was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Our host was kind and helpful. I liked that you could help yourself in the shared kitchen. Food supplied for breakfast was okay. If you can't walk hills or stairs, this may not be the place for you, but was not an issue for us.

Our stay in Emi’s was just amazing. We had a warm welcome and got some advices on best places to visit, how to move around city. it was just very pleasant stay and we can definitely recommend. Bus stop is near but we mostly like to walk so we didn’t use it that much.

Emiliano was very friendly and took good care of our comfort. The accommodation was very comfortable and reliable,the owner gave clear and precise instructions. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, close to the Vatican and the center of Rome. The room was comfortable, with a private, beautiful and picturesque balcony.

The location was perfect for our 4 days stay: 5 minutes walk for the next bus stop, 10 minutes to St. Peter's square. The breakfast was really good, we could eat it on our own terrace. (We were in room No.2.) Room was cleaned every day, the air condition functioned well. Kitchen well-equipped, bathroom smart and clean. Emiliano, the owner organised everything with maximum flexibility and discretion (super "guest is the first" mentality).

There is nothing that stands out for us as a dislike for this rental. Everything EMI and the cleaning crew did for us was outstanding.

Upon our arrival, EMI welcomed us warmly and provided a detailed explanation of the area and navigation tips. He also offered information on local establishments we might want to visit, such as restaurants. Additionally, there was a table equipped with maps, informational sheets, and travel guides. The community kitchen was conveniently located near our room and well-equipped. EMI allocated a shelf in the refrigerator for each room and supplied juice and milk for all guests. Notably, after mentioning our vegetarian/vegan diet, he kindly provided soy milk without prompting, which we found very thoughtful. The room was cozy, clean, and featured a door leading to the balcony which had dark, light-blocking curtains. The smart TV functioned smoothly and included services like Netflix. A breakfast area was stocked with croissants, an espresso machine, and cookies, all replenished daily during cleaning. We were grateful for the in-room amenities and the attention to detail. The bathroom was luminous and elegantly designed, with ample storage space. The walk-in shower boasted a multi-functional shower head that offered both waterfall and horizontal jet options. All necessities were conveniently placed, contributing to a very comfortable stay. EMI's additional efforts truly made us feel welcome and at home.

Our private bathroom was across the hall which I wasn't expecting but once you got used to the routine it was OK and good.

Host was waiting for us with a warm welcome. Room was lovely with a great balcony. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was great, with all the usual breakfast delights. Specially the strawberries. Location was in easy walking distance to the main attractions and great restaurants near by specially The Goose.

Emiliano was very nice, super accommodating, and very punctual. He had great suggestions for food, and was very helpful with any questions that we had. He assisted us with figuring out the public transportation systems in Rome, and that made our trip a whole lot easier. Also, the breakfast and coffee was completely restocked every day.

Many thanks for Emiliano, he was waiting for me when I arrived. The room is clean and cosy, everything is ok. There is also a balcony although we didn't use it because the cold weather. And we can also prepare some hot drinks in a common kitchen. A good location for visiting Vatican.

Emiliano is such a great host! The room is big and spacious, clean, the bed is so comfortable and the balcony is amazing! Vatican is 10 mins away by walking and there are lots of great bars and restourants near. I really recommend this place! Gonna miss it!
