The volume on T.V was very low and we had to use subtitles.

Most gracious hosts who spent a lot of time showing us the attractions of Sardegna. The breakfast was excellent, including scrambled eggs,toast prosciutto Cornetti, yoghurt.

All was good

The room was very clean and the couple running the B& B very friendly. Location is good you are opposite a bus station taking you to the beach or in the old town. Also a large parking lot near by, a supermarket and a small restaurant. You can park in the enclosed car park of the building as well. In the morning you get a good and varied breakfast.

The property is stunning, has all the facilities and it was exquisitely clean. Felt like a 5 star hotel. Also Manuela’s breakfast 🤤🤤🤤 absolutely delicious. Her coffee smells beyond divine and she cooks fresh breakfast for you everyday. The property is run by the kindest people you can imagine.

Well, we read good reviews about accomodation wich Enrico and Manuela are looking after,but even so I have to say surpassed our expectations. The place is close to shops,restaurants and bus stops. Amazing Poetto beach is just 10 min. ride with bus. The accomodation was spottless, every day Mrs. Manuela cleaned our room. Breakfast was special, everyday fresh products savoury and sweet. I won't forget soon the delicious croissants and the rustic bread wich reminded me about childhood. Many options for different tastes. Mrs. Manuela and Mr. Enrico are very welcoming hosts and I would like to wish them all the best and good luck with their enterprise.

The place is very comfy, super clean and well located. Manuela, Francesca and Enrico are lovely and welcoming people. They made everything so perfect for our stay. The breakfast is wonderful! I highly recommend this place, I would come back for sure.

A bit noisy, but it’s just matter of building itself (owners provide with earplugs)

Amazing owners, we met the whole family, they are very friendly and helpful: - each morning they were cooking breakfast for us (fresh pastry included); - gave us a lot of advices about places to visit, food to try, beaches to go; - room and bathroom are very clean, room was cleaned every day (smell in the apartment is also great); - huge terrace, air conditioning are pluses as well; - location is good to get to Poetto (10-12 mins by bus N5, to the middle of the beach) and Calamosca (15-20 min by walk or bus N11, which is available only on Saturday and Sunday) beaches + city center (by bus is the most comfy option, if you don’t have a car); - bus station straight near the apartment.

Nothing, everything was amazing

An amazing stay in a beautiful, quiet, clean and well located home. It is perfectly located - only 10 minutes drive to the centre of the city or to the beach. The host Manuela was the most wonderful woman who was just so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was to die for!! So many choices and fantastic coffee too.

The first impression is deceptive: although located in a tall, unattractive block of flats, the room is extremely comfortable. The owners were very friendly, I even got scrambled eggs and cheese for breakfast. The accommodation is located outside the city and is ideal if you want to avoid the city centre by car. Free parking on the street. The bus connection to the city centre is very convenient.

A very nice B&B to stay in Cagliari. The room was clean and comfortable, and so were the beds. Wi-fi works great ! The supermarket is right around the corner. The bus stops are also very close. Great location! The owners are really nice and they prepare delicious breakfast. The fridge, hairdryer, air - condition in the room - all works perfectly! We enjoyed our stay. Totally recommended

Elias and Manuela are very nice. They gave a lot of good advice for places to visit. The breakfast time was very nice as we get to hang out with them during the meal and they are preparing things for you on the spot. Elias speaks english very well, making communication easier

Nothing to dislike in this stay!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of place is exceptional! Location was good if you want to be between beaches and town. The proximity of the shop and restaurant and bus stops is very convenient. Breakfasts with good selection and great quality of food.

Access to the accommodation was a bit complicated and we needed to have several keys for different doors but it was not a massive problem once we figured out which key for which door.

The hosts communicated well and were very hospitable. The room was spacious and even had a separate dressing area. Location was good with easy access to local facilities and transport links. Manuela was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and really good. Parking was available on site and was secure.

Bit isolated, 3.5km from city center, and only one bar nearby - this is residential area.

Nice place, nice hosts, good breakfast, closed parking available. Room with big balcony. Supermarket open 24/7 across the street. Quiet place (excluding match time, football stadium nearby :-) )
