Everything was fantastic! There was nothing not to like.

Enrico was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. He made note of sites to see on a map and even told us which buses to take. It was very helpful to have a paper map! The complimentary breakfast is conveniently served at a cafe across the street. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing alongside the fresh pastries. The location is a five minute walk from the train station.

Enrico was a fantastic host! Very kind! Free fruits, drinks and even wine to share with the guests! Very clean!!! Area surrounding was Ok, close to Termini. Nice hints from Enrico where to go and eat!!!

It was very clean and close to the train station and cute restaurants. Enrico, the host, was incredibly hospitable. A very nice bathroom with plenty of towels.There was water, coke and fruit out at all times. I great value also!!

The property was directly to trains station. Cleanliness was the strongest point! I absolutely recommend it !

The area is near station hence it’s not the cleanest area but again it’s nothing to against the property.

The room looks newly renovated, it’s big and clean. The beds are comfortable. Shower is powerful. Enrico the owner is very friendly and provides bottle of drinks, water and fruits for all the guests. A good place to stay when visiting Rome.

Wished there was coffee/tea making provision in the room or in the pantry/common area.

Communication before arriving and while we were at the accommodation was very prompt. Enrico was helpful with any information we wanted and even helped us arrange transport to the airport at 5am! We will definitely return when we visit Rome next.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Its central location near the Termini train station made exploring the city a breeze. With an abundance of food options in the vicinity, dining was a delightful experience. What truly stood out was the fantastic owner, whose hospitality added a personal touch to my stay, making it truly memorable. In addition, the hotel offered a complimentary supply of drinks, wine, and fresh fruits every day. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect travel experience.

The shower is smaller than usual, but this can be overlooked if you look at the overall benefits. There's nothing else we didn't like.

Enrico (the owner) was extremely friendly and welcoming (something rare in Italy). It is 500m from Roma Termini (5-8mins walk). The close vicinity to the main train station was a blessing. Gave us the affordability to see different things at leisure. Enrico was kind enough to offer an early check-in. The apartment was easy to find once you've located Enrico's Tabacchi. The room comes with unlimited coke and water (something unheard of in Italy). There's even wine and fruits daily. All of this is free, courtesy of Enrico. Enrico also provided shampoo and body wash daily. I highly recommend Easy Rome guesthouse.

Everything. From the location to the way Enrico welcomed us. The room was impeccable and well arranged and also we could see it’s was freshly renovated. The 3 bedrooms apartment was clean and comfortable. There’s a kitchen that we can use. The pillow was too flat for our liking. The owner was very friendly and is always contactable. He shared with us on the walking tour route to explore Rome. Complimentary Welcome fruits, drinks and wine.
