We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel Duomo is a charming family run hotel, typically Italian. The staff were very helpful, and a delicious breakfast was served every morning. The hotel is located a stones-throw away from the beautiful Duomo and central to the many shops.

It’s a fantastic hotel, ideally situated in the center of Orvieto, there is parking, and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. Rooms are charming and very clean, with great coffee.

This was our second stay at Hotel Duomo. We liked it the first time and that is why we went back. The room was a nice size and very comfortable. Also, the hotel was able to park our car which is a concern to us. The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city.

We stayed in the annex a few meters from the main hotel. Breakfast was good. Just a little walk to the main shopping center. Parking was less expensive than expected and was able to drop off and retrieve car easily.

Amazing location right next to the Duomo, room was clean and comfortable with all that we needed. The shower was on the larger size and bathroom was clean with nice fluffy towels. Staff were lovely and really helpful.

South KoreaBreakfast was quite delicious and plenty, hospitality of the hotel personnels were also very warm and nice. Even we were so late to arrive there on 3:00AM (because the original connection flight had an abortion of landing and go-around followed by the second landing, then we were transfered to the last possible connection flight), hotel personnel had waked up and handed us room keys, allowed us last moment submission of our personal information to let us sleep more time. We really wish to express hotel Duomo's nice and careful hospitalities !!!

Perfect location great staff good breakfast. Nice spot for exploring Orvieto. If you drive go to plaza marconi to get it the hotel you can park there and walk a few minutes or the hotel has parking. GPS might take you to the other side of town.
