The location is perfect. The accommodation is close to, for example, the old town, the harbor and the Duomo metro station, so it was easy to move everywhere in the city on foot. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary household appliances for a longer stay, especially the washing machine came in handy We liked the breakfast, which was in a cafe across the street. In our opinion, there was plenty of sweet and savory to choose from and the staff was very friendly. On the day of arrival, Giovanni gave us the keys at the agreed time and very good instructions regarding the apartment and Naples. Giovanni also responded to messages immediately. We were very satisfied with the service we received from him.

A dishwasher would have been so handy (like there's already a laundry machine available). It would have been nice to have some basic amenities like any type of coffee machine with some coffee or tea provided. Hand soap was also missing. Additionally, the balcony was small and not really usable, it is more like a French balcony.

The accommodation was great, and Giovanni was an excellent host. It's centrally located, close to all the main attractions and the port for island trips. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We also loved the complimentary coffee and pastry at the nearby coffee shop, it was a nice way to start our day. We enjoyed our stay and would choose Giovanni's place again for our next trip.

Great localization. Apartment is comfortable and very nice. Great breakfast included is tasty. Near to port, touristic places, underground and other places. The host is very helpful and nice !!!! If I will comeback to Napoli I will definitely choose this apartment !!!

It was very comfortable 1 bed apartment, very clean and had everything you would need. We stopped there at the end of 17 days tour staying in hotels, it felt really good to be able to wash, spent bit more time indoors.

Modern and beautiful apartment with great airco. It was next to the metro but we didnt need it cause everything was within walking distance for us. Also got great recommendations from Giovanni for food and activities.

The AC is pointed right at the bed making it hard to keep on during the night, and you really need to as outside its super hot in the summer months. The living room has a type of AC but super loud as not very strong.

Amazing location, super spacious and clean flat. There is everything you might need during your stay (washer & detergent too). Giovanni is super nice and very responsive to any questions we had. Breakfast (drink+pastry) is available at a coffee place just across the street.

We really liked the hospitality of the owner who helped us during our trip and provided good info about the city. We also liked the breakfast provided. The place is in the city center and also walking distance from the place where you can take day trips to Capri and Amalfi coast.

Nothing! We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The only suggestion I have is to make a second set of keys available for greater flexibility of travel within a couple or within a group.

Although we were given tickets for breakfast, we didn't have an opportunity to use them. But it looked like the bar across the street, where they are redeemed, had a lovely selection of items.

Giovanni was very helpful and always available to answer our questions along with giving us a few tips on where to go ( as a local ). The flat is very central with famous restaurants and pizzerias just 5-10 min away ( walking ). You have a metro station just 2 min away and the port, 15 min away. Breakfast at the nearby café was alright - fairly standard for Italy ( pastry + coffee ).
