- The staff is nice but lacks a bit of professionalism specially that the hotel states they are following Hilton standards. - They need to work more on the cleanliness of the rooms. - The staff, in its majority, does not speak english.

- The breakfast is good and rich, however it needs a bit of boosting in terms of being hot and on time regarding special requests like coffee and omelettes ... - The pool is nice and clean. - In the dinner menu, order the ceasar salad it’s amazing. - The chef’s tasting menu is a must try.

Only drawback - my 3 nights stay was way too short, so I have to come again.

I have to highlight the quality of service - all, really all staff, maids, life guards at the pool, staff at the reservation desk and in the restaurant, were always competent, friendly, attentive and helpful and made me feel very welcome. Many thanks! The hotel complex is beautiful and well maintained. My room was large, comfortably furnished and very clean. The balcony offered a splendid view. Breakfast was good, but I personally missed more vegetables, that is of course a matter of taste. The beds were very comfortable, so I had a really good rest every night. The pool area was great with a large pool nestled in a beautiful garden. All in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

I found my room not cleaned up enough. After Ive asked for change that room to another I got my toilet cleaned up but just toilet … my disappointment was about cleanliness of the entire room if someone left dirty sanitary what can I think about my bed or carpet Even more my sheet was torn. 4* is a shame! no comparison to the others 4* like Cala di Faldo Resort etc.

Too far away from anything. we walked a lot to get anywhere. and we are walkers but it wasn’t local to anything. even to get a taxi 4km it’s €15.

pool was closed and not clearly stated in advance. also I was charged double for 1 bottle of water in room, even though I told them it was a mistake and they said it was only charged once. still showing as 2 charges on my card but I don’t have time to argue for such a small amount of money.

Room felt more like a private hospital than a hotel vending machines empty at the lobby in an area which is a bit disused so no character at the hotel. it is misleading when advertised somebody with a completely different name and signature had run up a bar bill under my room number and I was told it was me. after a short discussion I assured them it wasn’t me, but I found this unprofessional

Everything was ok, ecept the breakfast was a desater. The Breakfast was serving in rediculs form that one person behaind the desk was serving for the guest, during the ruch time, people have to wait in big quie which was very bad. the quality of breakfast was very bad. in last day they give me bread which was so hard and old, if Alec Baldwin had shoot the bread to some one, can be a life danger...

The staff at the front desk were impatient. They said we could not use the gym because we had a non European green pass, even though it was recognized on the official Italian website. This wasn’t mentioned on their page on Booking.com

No iron allowed in the room, boring breakfast, far from everything worth seeing. Without a car, you can’t go anywhere near. No ice bucket given. Very hot throughout the hotel (even when the AC was supposed to be on) made it uncomfortable to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the facility. Limited menu available for eating in.

The staff where nice and helpful. It’s close to the airport by car.
