We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe sporadic Wifi in the room was the only issue but we didn't go on holiday to sit in our room!
The friendliness of the staff was amazing, from Myles on reception to the the lady who cooked the omelettes for us every morning. We were given advice on places to visit, where to park and the best times to go places. The breakfasts every morning were fantastic from fresh scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, to omelettes made in front of you to continental style and cereals and fruit and pastries. We didn't eat again until evening! The pool was small but never busy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The spa is a real treat and there are often flyers at breakfast with the days discounted packages. There is a lift and easy access and if required underground parking.

IrelandRooms could do with some maintenance
The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. They helped us with plenty of good advice and arranged taxis for us on a few occasions. Nancy, Mathilde, Miles and Christian all helped us at various times throughout our stay and couldn't have done more for us. The air con in the room did stop working for one night and the room could do with some maintenance but we really enjoyed our stay overall.

PolandWellness area is opened 10-19, which means when you arrive in the evening you can't really use it, as check out is 10am. Balcony also looked different than what we saw on the booking page and there was no view.

SlovakiaThe only negative thing that I could say is that the staff was overloaded with work. They need more staff. The owner should realise that these poor people need help. The staff did an excellent job running the hotel. The owner is very lucky to have such a reliable great team as they are.
The location was great. Very close walking distance to the Lake Garda. The staff was exceptional. They did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Big thank you to the receptionist team Myles, Nancy and Matilde. They helped us in everything they just could. Matilde even gave us her own umbrella on a rainy day just to make sure we have everything. Elisa and Tiziana the kitchen team gave a great service. They made a very tasty breakfast and filled up the plates fast to make sure that everything is spot on. Francesca from the Beauty salon also gave an exceptional service. They have been all very friendly and we felt as a part of a big family.

Germany(1) We booked a triple room but the third bed was a camp cot of very poor quality which was simply unusable (our daughter had to sleep with us) (2) The shower is very small. (3) The wellness area is small and not particularly well-equipped (4) The price is that of a 4-star hotel but the general impression is that of a good 2-star hotel
