It was fitting to stay here while in Florence... being swept back into time. The room and bathroom were generous in size. So stately with exquisite finishes and fittings. The large stained glass windows opened up to a beautiful view over the park. We appreciated the variety on offer for breakfast. Easily the friendliest and most efficient staff we had encountered. A big bonus to stay at a location so close to the local sights/museums, restaurants and shops as well as a quick walk to the bus/train station. Would highly recommend!

For me it was difficult to find hotel, as navigator does not show correct the place where I could park. Another problem was that audibility in rooms was so high, you can hear everthing in next room (((.

There is nothing to complain about.

A lovely hotel with a very homey feeling, a good size room, a comfortable bed, and a lovely courtyard to sit in. The breakfast was absolutely fine for me and enough variety to fill me up for long wanderings in Florence. The location is great and not far from the main train station. I was also able to purchase a converter plug at the hotel which saved me having to get one elsewhere for the rest of my travels. My flight was very late on my day of arrival, and the night staff (Adrian) was so kind and helpful, as he was on every night, making me feel at ease and welcome straight away. I would be happy to stay here again! 😊

The late night entry staff member was always rude upon opening the door as i didn't leave my room key behind at the reception. However, the reception staff didn't want to take it and said it doesn't matter.... So, there's a lack of communication there and honesty, no need for such rude night staff, key or no key. There is no access to an iron at this hotel, which sucks as I was there for a wedding and needed my shirts to be ironed. The room sometimes had loud pipe (or something similar) sounds coming from the bathroom. These were minor honestly, overall the place was great and this did not detract too much from my experience.

The location was great, close to the markets, town centre and tram station for the airport. The room was great, comfortable, and spacious with good bathroom facilities. The hotel had free wifi, a TV in my room, and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was great but was more cakes than actual breakfast food. The outdoor garden was also a great place to enjoy my breakfast!

There were some steps to the breakfast room, but a stair lift is provided for wheelchair users. There was some noise from a nearby street, but was quieter at bed time.

It was a very good breakfast, with the option of eating in the garden. The hotel is a good walk away from the Duomo but close to the Galleria Academia where 'David' is. There were several 'eateries' within 15 minutes walk and a playground for children opposite the hotel.

The breakfast setup could have been better. The coffee machine was at the entrance to the dining room. Got crowded and couldn't get into the dining room without squeezing past people. Didn't find the staff very helpful or friendly.

I have stayed here before and this time it didn't disappoint either. The location was perfect for my requirements but still only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The room was very clean, and very quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful - I had a slight issue being overcharged compared to my booked rate and it was amended immediately

Neighborhood doesn't show up on maps of "city center". A bit of a walk from the Duomo, Uffizi, and Academia.

Quiet spacious room. Has a lift. Friendly staff. Restaurants are nearby, although hotel is away from crowded neighborhoods. Leaving the key with the desk means not having to search for it or forget it. Not very far from main train station.

It was a little further than anticipated from the train station. Bed was a little firmer than we prefer.

The size of the room was good, and a decent option for breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Location was good for walking to the sights, although not located in the middle of it; it was about a 15-20 minute walk. Park with playground across the road.

Great location in Florence 5-10 minute walk to the main attractions. Staff were very good and friendly. The buffet breakfast was ok too. The air conditioning was fantastic.
