Not so closed to public transportations about 10 minutes to catch a bus!

The room was fine, but the air conditioner is kind of hidden and takes time for the flow to fill the room. Breakfast menu was the same, at least the 2 days that we stayed. The Roma Termini is bit far away, so for the first time travelers it would be a taxi from the airport or from Termini to the property.

The location is close to Vatican city, can reach there by walk and reachable to many other locations by bus. Breakfast was pretty good, they have a nice little garden to have the breakfast in or a drink in the evening. The staff ware kinder and courteous, always supportive.

Beds were too hard for my liking but that seems to be a normal occurrence in Italy. Getting inside was a little confusing but once you figure out it's in a shared building it's easy to navigate!

Can't say enough great things about our stay here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Even held our luggage after check out so we could roam the city until it was time to get on our train. There's a small 10 minute walk to the metro and that'll connect you anywhere you need to be in Rome. We were also a very short walk from Vatican City as well. Breakfast and cappuccinos were great and the very nice lady who served us was wonderful! If we visit Rome again I would absolutely return here to stay.

Stairs down to first floor should have hand rails and very steep. The entrance to the hotel not marked at all very hard to get luggage into the hotel

Breakfast was exceptional- Had something for everyone. The entire staff were exceptional- The owner accommodated us even though no other rooms were available by finding us another room at another location.

All is perfect! Just the hotel is hard to find the first time cuz it’s inside an appartement building but once you know it it’s easy!

We had an amazing stay at Domus Terenzio, the rooms are exactly like on the pictures, the aircon is a must when visiting Rome in the summer, the breakfast is delicious (all the cold cuts, cheese is hand cut every morning), the staff is so friendly, and the location is perfect just 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and 25 minutes walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish Stairs, Pantheon, etc. Metro is also close and also bus station to take the shuttle to the airport which is the cheapest option! There’s also a supermarket and restaurants around the place! This will now be my go to place when I visit Rome!

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were incredible. They made us feel right at home. The morning we left there were issues with getting transportation to the airport , not only did they try everything to get us a taxi but they finally took us with our luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They walked us there and helped take some of our bags. They were amazing.

The breakfast was good with very friendly service. The room was nice and clean but we found it a bit small and the location was excellent. We were able to access Rome very easily and safe also there were some good restaurants in the area.

The location is excellent, nearby a metro station for getting about and very quiet at night, nice little terrace/garden at the back and staff were lovely

We had the room with balcony overlooking courtyard - room was spacious and luxurious. Very nice bathroom. Great breakfast. Easy walk to sights along the river.
