Great stay with great staff! Property is close to everything; however, nice and quiet. Caffe downstairs for breakfast is really cozy and feels like home. Room has everything that needed, and cleaned daily with exchange of towels, which was pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay next time if I have a chance. Highly recommended 🥰

The bathroom was small.

I loved our stay at this hotel. The view from the balcony was amazing and the included breakfast and cafe staff made the trip memorable. We loved drinking espressos at the bar with the locals and eating way too many Italian treats. The location was great for us. We love walking so we walked everywhere. It's 20 minutes to Trevy Fountain and 20 minutes to the Colosseum. The Vatican was 50 minutes. Oh and the area was really safe with lots of affordable restaurants.

Bathroom was a little small, but given location and price this was to be expected. Would also have been great to include some fruit at breakfast.

For a semi-budget basic hotel it was perfect. Amazing location, super clean, quiet at night, great balcony with a cool view of the square. Less than 10 mins walk from the main station. Quick and easy check in. Breakfast is provided by the cafe downstairs and the staff there were so kind and friendly. They also let us leave our bags after checkout for free.

Slightly confusing to actually locate. It isn’t like a conventional hotel with reception leading onto rooms. Instead there is a cafe/restaurant below where the rooms are that obviously runs the rooms. But i wasn’t aware of any info about this before hand and there certainly wasn’t any sign posting there

Superb location, 10 minutes to train station and within an easily walkable distance of key sights. The staff were fantastic - kind, joyful and helpful. Room was clean and comfy.

I recently stayed at your hotel for three days and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean and was tidied up every day. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful and so much to choose from. Accommodations were nice, however the fridge did not keep things cold. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of everything!

The shower wasn't very good and the temperature was unreliable.

The location was great, within walking distance of all the main attractions of Rome. The room was small but adequate and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. You could choose anything you wanted from the cafe below and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly - and we loved their singing!

The room was maybe a little small.

Lovely little hotel in a superb location. The balcony in the room was such a joy during the evenings. The staff treated us like royalty throughout our stay, particularly during breakfast. The service was absolutely amazing! I didn’t get his name but there is a man from the Philippines who works at the cafe where breakfast is served and he was great with us. He looked after us every morning ensuring we had enough food! I wish him and all the rest of the staff the best.

Maybe last morning check out time... It was 10:00, usually it's 12:00. BUT good was there where storage for bags in breakfast place under the keys! All the rest service was supper good and welcoming! +++

Location was very good - super close from Railway station and very close to old town (Coliseum). Around the corner perfect food and drink market "Penny" to buy water, fruits or vine with good prices. Breakfast was in the same building, first floor with wonderful view on street (if you like) or with nice atmosphere inside (if you chose). All the food was super good and delicious. Italian coffee and fresh orange juice + very nice restaurant waiter!!! Room was not the biggest, BUT very nice and charming. Comfortable beds, good working air conditioner, small refrigerator and fresh towels EVERY day - even new shower slippers! :) Definitely recommend this place where to stay from 2 to 5 days.

Everything was ok.

The location of the property is very close to the railway station, walkable distance. You can even walk to other attractions like the colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is located right in the piazza and as we had a room with balcony, it overlooked the Santa Maria Maggiore. They provide breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. We had a decent stay.

One chair in room , tiny bed and room meant bed up against one, no where to sit at all and relax except outside in the cafe, would have liked a couple of easy chairs even in the courtyard of the building.

Loved the location, friendliness of staff, easy to find, breakfast available right downstairs. Great air conditioning control. Liked the private bathroom even though it was across the hall it was no problem just very narrow.

We had a double bed which we thought would be okay for 4 nights and it was. We are two tall people so any more than 4 nights would’ve been a bit uncomfortable.

Went to breakfast at 0915 and while eating my croissant at 0925 a woman came to my table and told me I had to check out right then and there because she needed to clean it for the next guests. Check out isn’t until 1000 and the other person in my party was still in the room getting dressed. I assured the woman I would be checked out before 1000 and she left my table. We checked out at 0945, before the 1000 suspense. I just found it rude the woman interrupted me while I was eating breakfast to insist I check out then and there. Everything else about my stay was delightful and I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was amazing. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Room is exactly what you need clean and comfortable. Small bathroom bits / extras are a lovely touch. Breakfast was so nice, great food and coffee.
