AC was barely working and no fan , also bed wasn't comfortable and no TV.

The room I stayed in, is really at a “weird” corner of the rooftop-floor… I had not much baggage but it was still not that easy to access it, using a separate stairway. Another problem was with the heating: although the air-conditioner made my room very warm (what I liked), the machine was quite noisy. But once I stopped it, the room suddenly became cold… So, I had to turn it on again - I had not much sleep!

I liked that this place to stay is in the middle of the city centre, but it was not noisy at all. Loved the short distance between its location and the airport, too - with a bus stop closeby, just in front of the hotel! The breakfast was nice and I’m happy that they let me to take some with myself, as I had a early check-out. My room was also nice and comfy.

The wifi is very bad, the connection is very poor or it does not work at all. The facilities are generally quite old and need renovation. The shower head was broken. The room was quite spacious, but it would not get very warm making it slightly uncomfortable during cold weather.

The room and the breakfast room were not clean in some places (exaple: toilet seat, table cloth and chairs in breakfast) Hackers used the hotel's profile in Booking app and requested by card number etc. I believed them, since it was sent through Booking app, and now I need to cancel my card.

The hotel looks with poor maintainance, not everything is working or looking how it should. Even hard to find working socket to charge the phone. Room card usually not working from the first time.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is in good location, close to the park and 900m from the main square. I like the lobby with old furniture and wall paintings. The most beautiful thing is view from balcony to volcano. For short stay is ok, it's not expensive.

Sheets were never changed, balcony door was damaged so couldn't close properly and AC was heavily leaking inside instead of outside and had one side of the bed full of water. Had to put towels on the floor everyday.

Breakfast was good, I say better than most hotels in Catania. Excellent location in Via Etnea, Staff were friendly and helpful.

They could improve the quality and freshness of breakfast and cleanliness of the room-bathroom. The shower does not drain properly, therefore you have a shower with your feet covered in water.

Great location, 1 min walk to beautiful park. However our room was rather old, bathroom requires definitely renovation. Pillows where too high so we slept without them which wasn't ideal as well. The biggest plus was breakfast with fresh red orange juice and tasty coffee. Hosts were very friendly. Grazie for gluten free breakfast

The place was really loud. I could hear every door slamming and there were some ladies there that were talking extremely loud from 7 AM. The breakfast was included in the room price, but, unfortunately it was a bit poor in choices.

The place was nice, decorated in an Italian way. The hotel is in the Centre, very easy to go everywhere. The receptionists were very helpful and nice.
