Because it’s up the hill, the staff takes you up and down to Centro and ferry during work hours til 6:30. Would not recommend staying here without a car for other times. Also shower needs a shelf but that’s minor.

This little hotel is clean, pretty and has gorgeous views, also very nice and friendly staff in Francesco and Natalya. Lovely breakfast at bakery around the corner.

Breakfast is good. The host is very nice. He can drive guests to the city which is great as the parking in the city is not very convenient

The only thing worth mentioning is that the hair dryer did not put out a volume of air. Took twice as long to dry my shirt hair.

There is a bit of construction work going on to the right hand side of the hotel but it is not overly intrusive.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are very helpful. The view from the room was fantastic and the rooftop patio extraordinary. It was a 20-30 minute walk into Bellagio depending on whether you were going down the hill or back up. During the day time, if staff are available, they are happy to give a lift in the hotel car, into Bellagio.

Francesco was amazing! He went out of his way to assist and nothing was difficult for him. I would return back to Domus and recommend to many friends around the world including Australia.

Only the fact that getting to downtown Bellagio requires a car or taxi. But it’s a very short ride and not much of a bother.

The views and the incredible staff! Very accommodating and willing to help with any sightseeing plans. Booking also came with vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe!

The arrangement regarding breakfast was adequate for those that were happy go for a walk as we were. Coffee was available at the apartment which was appreciated Francesco was exceptional in his manner, greeting, efficiency and friendliness. His willingness to provide a shuttle to and from town was very much appreciated. My partner and I will have fond memories of our stay in Bellagio.

The wall of our room had some mold on it, otherwise the room was nice.

The staff is super friendly, they made everything clear and gave us recommendations. The location is marvelous, you can see the lake from certain rooms. Free parking is a big help, however I recommend taking the car to the city as walking uphill can be tiring.

Everything really. Extremely clean. Wonderful views from the balcony. Very polite & friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Especially , ‘Francesco’ and the lady receptionist! It was a real pleasure to have very hospitable staff these days!

Very good apartament, comfortable bed, very beautiful view from the balcony. Very helpfull Francesco and Natalia will take you by car to Bellagio center and back, because ir is a little bit difficult to reach center downhill. Delicious italian breakfast in cafeteria near apartament.

A bit far from the lake, 5 min drive with the car. Also breakfast not served at the location, but at 150 m nearby in a pastry shop/ Caffè. Breakfast in amount of 5€ per head, meaning a coffee and a croissant.

Nice view of the lake and surroundings. Clean rooms and nice terrace for the rooms as well the one on the rooftop.

Very nice staff. Modern and very clean property with car parking and terrace. The room was spacious. Free water bottles, juices, tea, coffee capsules, and snacks everyday in the room. The property also has a vending machine inside. Close to tourists attractions by car.

EVERYTHING!!! Location, amazing view, facilities, owners and staff, comfort, atmosphere, absolutely everything. In the arrival day the very friendly staff kept on taking care of us, checking when we arrive, assisting us every moment to get at the hotel safe. They even stayed after their schedule to wait for us (late in the evening), to come by car to pick up us in the bus station, to make sure we arrive and check in very well. Constant guidance and support received every day: recommendations, anything extra needed, they drove us by their shuttle car to the city center every time we needed, offered tips and tricks. Breakfast pastry vouchers included: best local, traditional pastry, typical italian, very very good and tasty! Very friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help.

I definitely enjoyed the beautiful lake view from the room balcony. And the host is very welcoming, with lots of drinks and snacks free of charge in side the room. The breakfast delivered to the door is also super delicious.

The only thing for me was the bed and pillows were a little too hard for me!

The property was beautiful, incredible views and location. It was a 25-30 minute stroll into Bellagio via beautiful paths (not always on the main road so super safe). Or you can park your car in the white zone for free just outside the gardens by the lake which is a 5min easy drive away! The staff couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating, offering lifts into town and providing an iron etc and coffees. The lovely lady also gave me annotated maps and talked me through places to visit and how to get into town! Thank you so much for my wonderful stay!

Property is modern, clean and tidy. The view from the Terrace Roof is stunning. The staff were helpful even when I picked up a puncture in my car having just left the property. Breakfast is a €5 voucher for a small and very nice bakery cafe 5 minutes walk away.

Soundproof insulation is little bit poor.

This is a really special, calm place and location. Clean, spacious, large balcony, breathtaking view of the mountains, lake and neighboring towns. Everything was as I expected and even better. Special mention to the staff - Sabrina helped me get to the place, drove me to the city center and back when I needed and was always very friendly. Any my question was answered. Wonderful person! Thank you so much for such a welcoming experience. Wish I would stay longer, because that was a real pleasure!
