We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesShower floor is extremely slippery as there is no glass to separate the water from splashing.
The people running the hotel are quite lovely and extremely hospitable and accommodating. The views from the terrace are breathtaking and majestic. It's worth having that experience and then taking their shuttle or short drive to the downtown area for the touristic attractions.

Offer free parking, provide free shuttle to the down. The driver is very responsive and we never waited for long to get the ride. The rooftop view was great.

United StatesThe only complaint is the blow dryer for your hair. Ladies bring your own blow dryer if you need one to fix your hair.
The place was very nice for the price. Very close drive to Bellagio center where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The walk to the cafe in the morning for free breakfast was so nice! I was pleasantly surprised to see our room was cleaned and bed made when we came back from town the first day.

United KingdomThe accommodation was both comfortable and clean. Breakfast was taken at a local bakery, courtesy of Domus, which was both charming and adequate. The distance to the main town of Bellagio was a little more than walking distance, however Francesco went above and beyond our expectation to provide a shuttle service to and from the accommodation when required. The location was just delightful with great views of the lake and the stroll to the bakery every morning gave you an essence of village life. Just charming!

SpainThere was no option to have a cooked breakfast. Check-in times were limited (although this did not disrupt my own travel plans on this occasion). The location had beautiful views, but was too far away from the more active area of Bellagio to walk to, while there was insufficient parking in town.
I would have preferred to have breakfast on-site, particularly on the morning that it rained, but the small bakery/cafe was only a short walk away and was pleasant and friendly with excellent pastries and an authentic Italian feel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

It’s just set up from bellagio, it’s about a 20-30 minute walk but the staff will take you to town throughout the day and give numbers for taxis. But we walked back every night as it’s a really nice walk. We loved going to the bakery and local bar on the way home from the walk

United KingdomToo far from the city center if you don't have a car. They are helpful and provide transfers to the city center and back but it's only available till 7pm. Given that I never came back that early and in the mornings I preferred walking, it wasn't very useful for me. Walking to the hotel when it's dark is not the most pleasant experience, so it's better to live there if you rent a car Other than that everything was good

United KingdomThe only negative was the bed, it was very very hard to sleep on and we woke up with a backache every morning.
We had a fantastic view from our room and terrace, we enjoyed drinking our coffee on the terrace every morning enjoying the stunning view of the lake and mountains. The room was fairly clean with great coffee and snacks! What made our stay was Sabrina and Nathalie who would give us a lift down to Bellagio whenever we wanted up until 8pm. This saved us a lot of money as the taxis are 20 euros up to the hotel. The hosts also gave us a free bottle of wine which was a very lovely gesture. They made our trip spectacular. Big shoutout to Sabrina and Nathalie for their kindness.
