Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Unfortunately there is quite a lot of loud noise from a building site opposite the BnB, if we have been notified about the works, we would have booked somewhere else… the work started at 7:45 am and finished at 17:00 on September 20th probably will continue few more months. Breakfast was coffee and croissant. None of the baked bread or cakes as some of the reviews.
The host! He was such a kind and welcoming person who made us feel really well after a long trip to get to the BnB. Comfortable bed, good shower, spotless clean. Access to a balcony that led to a garden. Undercover parking too. Really good.

United KingdomA couple of minor maintenance issues such as the outside light not working and a missing shower head holder would be really easy to fix. The breakfast room was very warm (it was August) and there's a lovely garden area which could be used for breakfast too. We could only have one key to the property and room which was a bit of an issue when we were doing different things. Very small suggestions and certainly not anything that would put me off staying again or recommending to others.
The B&B was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location was great just a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the old town. The B&B was quieter than I expected as it looks nearer to the road than it is. It's actually quite set back which is nice. The room was cleaned and towels etc replenished each day. The terrace was lovely to sit out on. The breakfast was good. Not as much choice as other B&Bs I've stayed at but there was cereal, pastries, and some home baked goods which were very nice. The hosts also offered us a cooked option and we had eggs most mornings. The room wasn't huge but was big enough for our needs with an additional bed. The air con was very welcome. The hosts were very kind and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. We would recommend this B&B and return.

Everything was good and the host Vito was great he offer to take us to the airport and pick us up for very reasonable price also he offers himself to take us to the city ( Bari ) like an Uber car he also let us keep the suit cases at the reception until late because our plane was at 830pm

Best B&B ever! Room was super clean, with a balcony, and a deluxe shower. Hosts were so welcoming. Sent extra food along with us after an amazing, home baked breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating. Sorry we couldn't stay longer.
