Such a lovely hotel - amazing views, very clean, comfortable and spacious, very welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast every day was excellent, as was the bar food and drink. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Everything. The hotel location is amazing - a few minutes walk to the ferry stop and town centre, with a stunning view of the lake. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. The rooms are clean, well-soundproofed and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. The spa area is wonderful. Best of all, though, are the staff, who are friendly, welcoming, helpful and who go the extra mile to make your stay perfect.

rooms have great lake view😍. i stayed in a ground level room. when you slide the door, there is a garden in front of you with a beautiful lake view. there is a free car parking. breakfast is good. clean&comfy. safe. nice staff. thnxx💜

I can’t praise this hotel enough. The rooms were modern fresh and in excellent condition. The pool area was always clean and beds available. The staff are probably the friendliest most helpful staff we have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday

The Staff and the warm hospitality was great. We had a clean and comfortable room, with a lake view. The Hotel is perfect for relaxing at lake Como and to tour the villages around.

Hair dryers very poor quality, unfortunately. If you have long hair, better bring your own.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location perfect with view of the lake. Beautiful infinity pool with view of the lake. Ground floor rooms have access to perfectly manicured garden. Fantastic, full breakfast, always served with a smile and good humoured staff.

The only let down was the very busy road right outside the hotel so you can hear the traffic when by the pool. Not a deal breaker though, just wasn’t great for that pool vibe…!

Spacious hotel room, good shower and a really nice balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast was decent and the staff were all very friendly. Location in Domaso is ideal - short walk to the ferry port and local restaurants (make sure you go to Azienda Agricola Sorsasso - amazing family-run restaurant on a Vineyard that was so good!!!)

This hotel was absolutely fantastic possibly the best I've stayed in, staff where exceptional and really made us welcome and always had a smile on their faces. Rooms where clean and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of choice with the offer of eggs cooked however you wanted with or without bacon. Private use of spa was a lovely treat when it rained and the pool was fabulous. Good transport connections with bus and ferry a short walk away and train availble from Calico to Milan.
