The vending machine wasn’t working for us.

Spacious room, clean, near the train/ bus station. You can walk to the old city in 15 min. Luggage storage allowed as we arrived before check in.

The self check-in. I did not care for having to put in a code of scan the handle to open the floor and room doors. The handle on the room door was loose and it was difficult to open.

The location was great. It was close to the train station and to the many wonderful sites of old town. I loved the terrace, it was wonderful.

The room was quite big and had a nice balcony with a view of Bari. The location is optimal next to the central train station. It offered a good service for the price.

The app worked flawlessly for the apartment door and the room door, but not for the building door.

The closeness to the train station is great. The ability to self check-in I thought was great. The shower was good. The view was pretty nice.

The accommodation is close to the train station and within walking distance from the downtown. The checking-in and getting into the room is fully automatic, using a web app. We didn't meet any staff during our stay but everything functioned smoothly! The room was spacious and we also had a nice balcony.

No human contact. Slightly tricky entry system and had bother getting connection to internet when outside the building. Fine when inside as could connect to wifi.

Good location, close to train station. Comfortable bed. However only one bed made up, would of been handy to have bed couch made up too ( although two of us booked in- it was myself and my 23 yr old son). Good shower. Good wifi.

I could not access the accommodation. I do not have emails on my phone and only realised on my return to England that I was supposed to access by use of phone. I would not have agreed to the accommodation if I had known this. I eventually found a tourist agency and they phoned the number of the management of your accommodation and I was then able to locate their office for help. This situation was very stressful. If it had been any later, their office would have been closed and I would have had to try to find a hotel to stay. I appreciate the presence of a human being to help me to access accomodation; I do not wish to have to get numbers etc on my phone to hope for access; in this case there were 3 doors to access.

Generally, the 3 night stay. Help to find an adapter for smart phone. Help to fix the TV. The provision of a kitchenette with some eating utensils. Close proximity to the station and buses Not far from Old Town and shops. A lift that worked. The heat was manageable for October. I would not recommend this 8th floor rooms in the hotter months. The air con didn't seem to work.

Link for on-line check-in was sent by host few times, but ask from host also floor and room numbers since you will be not able to enter apartments via link without those, it is not enough with only name of apartments which is in reservation. We entered via link inside building, but to proceed was necessary to call to host. We had only 2 cups for 3 guests

It didn't bother me, but if I have to say something negative. Loud hydro pump in bathroom - but it is only working few minutes after you use a water.

Nice, clean and not a small room, with a big terrace, daily room cleaning by service (you can refuse). Close to Train/bus station (in Bari it is important to visit another cities - due to the variety of towns close to Bari)

Balcony could have some sort of sun blocking to provide shaddow as it was to hot to stay there during direct sunshine. Else nothing.

Location perfect between railway station and Bari city for pedestrian shopping roads (via Sparano da Bari and via Argiro) Old town 15min walk. 25 min walk to very nice beach (Pane e Pomodore). Spacious appartment #81 with large balcony. New towels every day. Owner called imidiatly when he noticed we struggled to enter our room keyless via the provided links. No issues to enter the building and room after that.

The drainage in our bathroom was smelly, our AC leaked visibly, we were kicked out of our Key System half an hour before official check-out.

The self-check-in and automated key system worked pretty well, the room is large and has an amazing balcony, own kettle and a vending machine in the hall for midnight snacks. ;) Location is convenient if arriving by train, supermarket etc is around the corner.

It doesn't have a mobil shower head, it is attached to the ceilling, not too practical. And the biggest problem were the ants that would enter even in the fridge. So, you cannot store food that is not sealed in that fridge. But we booked just one room, so maybe the others don't have same issues.

It has a good AC, TV, luggage storage, The terrace is their best thing, near train station and city center

the apartment should have been better cleaned - the couch had stains and it was a bit dust under the bed. There were also ants in the apartment that "took care" of our pizza which left over after our very late dinner and was supposed to be for a brunch. On the floor in the bathroom is a small hole covered with a metal "lid", so be careful not to cut your leg. There is a hot water under the shower but it should be waited 2-3 minutes.

Apartment is located near to the train station in Bari (5 minutes walking) and 10-15 minutes walks from the old city. It is good option for one night as a "transit accommodation" - we came late and next day in the morning went to the next city by train. Very good contact with the owner (manager) - we received all needed information and instructions to check in before our arrival. We received all codes required to get to the building and apartment (it is required an access to internet) and for us it was comfortable in particular when the arrival is late in the evening. The apartment is on 8th floor but there is a small lift. The apartment's equipment was as indicated in the offer. There is a double bed, an additional couch, private bathroom, kettle, towels, bedclothes, iron, private balcony, etc.

Smells like an old house, like grandparents house. Sorry. The effort in making it look good I can appreciate but it was not worth the money. The WC was block. Had to flush numerous time.
