Everything was really clean and comfortable, the place is reachable with the bus if your are not with a car on your way, there is a couple of places around to have a nice dinner, they are not fancy restaurants but delicious local food, also if you would like to cook something, there is a small and we’ll prepared kitchen in the room, with a small fridge and everything you need. For a night or couple of nights I would totally recomend it.

We have a scooter, so we could easily ride from the apartment to Verona without any problems with parking. Price is great. Little kitchen hidden in a cabinet. Maria was so nice. Nice and clean.

wifi we use only public wifi no private wifi so it was very slow and hot water problem and AC is not working only heaters are there therenis no cooling

The bed and the blanket were full with bed bugs. Bed bugs were pecking at us every night. There was no safe access to the pool. No messages or calls were answered by arrival. The doorjamb was leaning on us. We had no WiFi. We ordered separated bed which we didn't get.

They did not modernize their kitchen utensils. For example, the sugar was old, the salt was not clean, things like that.

The whole place had grease and dirt all over the floors and all around the kitchen area. The shower base had a bad leak sending water over the floor. All the power points were very loose and worn. The whole place needed to be gutted and redone. Luckly we only went there because it was near a hospital so my wife could get checked out.Turned out she was ok so we were able to leave the next dsy and continue on our holiday. Booking.com should check places it has on its books because this place was so bad it should't be listed. A black mark for booking.com

We absolutely adore the hostess. The whole staff are very kind people. We loved it very much. We are satisfied by the room. The bed was very comfy you have a hidden kitchen inside a wardrobe, you have a table and chairs outside the room and you can drink your coffee, have your breakfast or dinner outside. We recommend this place!!!

The property has got a huge garden area around what make this place really cosy. Great size of the room with great quality mattress and pillows (no back pain!). Parking behind the gate is a huge advantage - makes the peace of mind about safety of our car. Would be great of the parking charges could be included in the booking price. The personnel is very friendly, polite and helpful if we need something. Love this place!

I had no issues with the property😊

The property was beautiful and very safe! As a solo female traveler, safety is my biggest priority. There is a gate at the entrance and I had a set of keys for my room. There was a nice pool and plenty of out door space to relax! My room was so nice and spacious. It even had air conditioning!! It was the best sleep I have had while I have been visiting Italy. The lady at the front office was more than kind! She helped me get to the train station the next day, which helped me so much. She sent me the names of local restaurants too! If I am ever back in Verona, I will definitely be staying here again! It was so affordable and everything was amazing! It was also very quiet😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
