We loved the little balcony with the rooftop and castle views (room 6) which was great for an aperitvo before going out. Another plus was the kettle, fridge and tea and coffee sachets in the room, rarely found in Italian accommodation. Francesco was a great host and able to offer lots of useful information. He had also arranged 15% discounts with some local restaurants/pizzeria, one of which we took advantage of at 'La Rachetta'(would recommend). The accommodation is in a good location, only a lovely five-minute walk into centre of town via plentiful bars and coffee shops.

I found the bed very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, on one of the hottest days, the air con was not working properly!

The room was spacious and very clean, also quite close to the centre for all the sightseeing. Francesco the host was super nice and kept me updated via whap messages.

A beautifully appointed room with everything you could need, including a kettle and tea bags. Francesco was so helpful and welcoming, sending us detailed information about finding the apartment which is situated just a short walk from the main piazza. He made sure we were ok once we had arrived, and were happy in our room. Would highly recommend this apartment.

My room was over a popular local cafe bar which on a Friday and Saturday was busy, lively and jovial. If needing an early night the noise is not your thing then it could be problem, though not for me.

The room was clean, comfortable with everything I needed. The property was ideally located and a stones throw from all the cafes, shops and amenities. The property owner was welcoming and extremely helpful.

It was a really nice location, right in the centre, surrounded by amazing shops, bars and little caffeterias. The building itself is beautiful as well. The room was spacious and very clean. Francesco, the host was super helpful and nice to us! It’s a place to stay in Ferrara :)

Absolutely nothing I did not like. I'm used to softer beds, but it took me only one night to get used to the firmness of the mattress. After that, it was the best sleep in three years. The windows on Saraceno make for a potentially noisy night, but that's hardly the host's fault. And the windows are very good at sound-proofing the room for average street noises/conversations.

Very close to the city centre, excellent service and overall fantastic experience. Francesco is a very kind and graceful host and even the cleaning staff makes you feel welcome when you come across them on the stairs. The room I was in had a small balcony, which was just a treat. Great view.

The parking is not on the street in front of the hotel that was for residents only. Parkign is not easy in Ferrera and the nearest car park was on the other side of the centre of town.... a 15 minute walk away. Other hotels in Ferrera that i have said at have parking either on site or on the road in front of the hotel.
