Everything was great except the fact there there are a few stairs that you need to climb before reaching the lift. There is no alternative ramp or any other feature which makes it difficult to carry bags. The lift of the building is quite old and not as efficient.

The station is only 350 m from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station. Extremely easy to locate and close to many central attractions and fast - food joints. The rooms were very clean, and all the facilities were well maintained. The hotel is on the second floor of a building with other hotels being on other floors. We were very pleased with the stay and the staff are extremely polite and sweet. The reception is open 24/7. Breakfast is simple but filling.

We booked a room with 5 people it was too small including our suitcases!

The location was good! We were greeted by a friendly person! Breakfast was ok! The young lady that was working was always smiling and friendly! Breakfast was ok.

I didn’t expect a lot from the hotel considering the price really.

The hotel was approx 5min walk from the train station which brilliant. Rooms are very basic but they are clean and the breakfast was good. Staff are brilliant and very helpful and friendly.

The air-conditioning for the triple room should be upgraded for the size of the room. It took a long while to cool it down and it was not the most efficient.

Excellent Location, close to the station as we had desired as we had a lot of early trains to catch. We arrived a bit late as our flight was delayed but, the onsite check in staff was excellent and very helpful. He even helped with our room a/c needs. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was well stocked during hours of service and the staff was mindful of cleanliness. Having an elevator was a plus.

No instructions for the hotel floor in the booking email or that is was a boutique hotel with others. No hotel floor details in the lobby and the intercom did not work on the outside.

Quaint vintage vibe in the hotel area with the old cage lift in the building. It's a boutique hotel in a large building with others. Close to the train station and 10mins walk to the market area and 15-20mins to all the attractions. Old town area and feel with character.

The beds were not very comfortable. I also felt a bit scared at night walking toward the hotel since it was near the train station, it wasn't the best area in the evening alone.

AC worked well. Breakfast was very nice!!!! Staff was helpful. Location was great - very convenient to walk from the train station and to walk downtown in Florence.

Check in after hours was awful. The outside buzzer doesn’t work. You had to wait awhile in a not so safe area for someone to happen to exit.

Never advised about the excessive cost of the street parking, paid 72 euros for 2 days. Room was arranged but supplies not replaced.

Hotel rooms in Florence are ridiculously expensive - you have to adjust value for price expectations.

The hotel is very close to the train station so you don't have to lug your baggage very far. The room was basic, but clean and big - when you go to Florence you don't really want to hang out in your room anyway. All sites are within walking distance. The breakfast has all the staples of European breakfast buffets - different kinds of coffee drinks, juice, pastry, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and speaks English.
