A wonderful, spacious apartment located within a very quick walk to the main part of town. 12 mins to the Port, 7 mins to main Piazza, 4 mins to the station. The accommodation was fresh and very pleasant. 2 bathrooms was great (both well sized), laundry facilities were great, and water pressure was good. Beds were comfortable, (almost a touch too soft) sofa bed had a decent mattress and was fine for our family members. Would definitely recommend to all travelling in a family / group. Little tip- for a great Italian coffee / pastry breakfast, try Bar Ciokochris. Such a great experience, everyone very friendly and a place the locals all go.

This was by far our favorite apartment on this trip, and maybe my favorite ever. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed including cafe pods and some dried toast with jams. The restrooms were clean and had all modern faucets and everything was easy to use. We were super close to the main shopping areas. Our host met us at the appointed time and offered to help with transportation and other needs.

One noticeable downside was the lack of sound proofing in the walls. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the noise from chairs being dragged upstairs was occasionally audible.

The unexpected bonus was the jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. - Spacious Living Room: The living room was generously sized, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. - Convenient Location: The location was highly convenient, within walking distance to both the train station and the town center. This made commuting and exploring the local attractions incredibly easy. - Very Helpful Staff: The staff at the accommodation were exceptionally helpful, offering assistance and information whenever needed. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor added to the overall positive experience.

Everything was perfect. The coffee machine didn't work but apart from that we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Raffaele was the perfect host. He was in contact with me long before we arrived and was very contactable throughout our stay. He accommodated an early check in so we could leave our luggage and go and explore Sorrento. The apartment was spacious, very clean, air conditioned and very comfortable with plenty of room for 5 of us. It was very quiet which was such a relief because it is situated on the very busy main street with constant traffic so the soundproofing works a treat! The location was great - it is near the train station, supermarket and lots of restaurants - the famed Pizzeria da Franco is just across the road. It was lovely to have a terrace even if it was just overlooking a garage. When the traffic eased in the evening it was nice to watch the world go by. Valeria booked a transfer to Naples for us very early in the morning which turned up on time and was very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay in Design Art Apartment and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Raffaele for helping everything go smoothly and making it a 5 star experience.

Terrace was not available but was advertised. We were planning to sit up there and when went was told in no uncertain terms by an Italian lady who was sunbathing we could not. Host representative said it was owned by someone in the top apartment. Unsure why advertised. Could benefit from coffee table Bistro table on balcony yo eat a meal outside. Mirrors in bedrooms would be an advantage as the large mirror in the hall area has no natural light. The cupboard for the washing machine smelt. Maybe the cleaner could leave the drawer and door of the machine open and the cupboard door open. One morning the cleaner was mopping the communal marble stairs. There was no signs for wet stairs and my husband and I did not know and both slipped. Luckily not hurt. Only just Efficient air con, but mindful it was 30-34.

Lovely apartment, clean and modern, good facilities, although some areas of bathrooms could do with a little care. Grateful for washing machine as we were halfway through our trip so good to freshen things up. Detergent available too. Shutter blinds were excellent to black out the room from heat and to sleep. Fixtures fitting nice, but some a little loose, which were reported before leaving. Lovely crockery, but apartment could do with good bread knife, toaster and lemon cello glasses as there is only 1. Raffaele was very helpful, but was around 15 minutes late meeting us although had arrival time and was updated on ferry arrival and when in taxi that was 15 minutes from ferry port. We were stood in 30 plus heat with cases. Grateful for a lift. Excellent location and did have a wonderful time.

At full occupancy, and with one AC inverter, the AC cooling doesn’t work super well when all rooms were occupied by adults (note we where there during the 2023 heatwave so not 100 % representative of a normal scenario). This made for some uncomfortable sleeping. There is only one set of keys which is awkward when you visit with many adults who may want to do different things. One sofa has been removed which means at night most sit around the dining table.

Clean and spacious with two full bathrooms. Very close to the centre of the town and nearby supermarket and train station. Really well soundproofed - virtually no traffic noise despite being on a main road into town. Check-in staff good and flexible.

It was right in Sorrento's main street, walking distance from everything and 2 minutes from the train station. Raffaele, our host was really friendly and helpful. We will definetely come back!

In the end of our stay, there was a misunderstanding about the price of the drop-off at the airport. However, the issue could be resolved eventually with the manager, who was very helpful and understanding of the situation.

the sink plugged up in one of the bathrooms and I notified the property manager and it did not get resolved before we left.

the location and the size of the apartment. We had 6 adults in the apartment and it never felt like it was to small of a space. the 2 full size bathrooms was also great with 6 people. in addition I was unsure how the sofa bed would be but it was probably the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on.

Great apartment located within walking distance of the Sorrento train station. We used this apartment as a base for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Our host was also able to arrange a private van tour of the Amalfi coast for our family of 4 as well as airport taxi services for our departure. The apartment itself was clean and well furnished, with a full kitchen and washing machine for laundry. We air dried the clothes out on the balcony with the included drying rack. Having two full bathrooms for our family of four was truly a blessing. There is a nearby supermarket and other small shops and eateries within walking distance. The Sorrento city centre is about a 5 minute walk away. I was initially concerned about road noise since it faces a main street, but the patio doors are very good at keeping the noise out and traffic really dies down at night. If you're looking for a comfortable place for a family of 4, look no further.

It took us 45 minutes to figure out how to make the induction cooking range work, after going through a few YouTube videos. It was not straight forward. Maybe the hosts can explain this at the time of check-in.

Location was 5 mins walk to the main square. Kitchen was very well equipped with good quiality dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and utensils. Capsules for the coffee machine was provided in abundance - again was of good quality. I really appreciated this. All details in the apartment was very well thought of: eg, ample space to keep bags up for convenient use, universal adaptors were provided in the apartment. The host was available on WhatsApp to help with any questions/issues. Clear instructions on how to separate waste.
