Hotel is about a mile from the city centre and within walking distance of some of the main attractions.

Walkable to city centre and main attractions (30 mins ish to Spanish steps). Good restaurants nearby (on same block) We went for six nations, just over an hours walk to Stadio Olimpico Really helpful cheerful staff. Spotlessly clean room, cleaned daily. Seen some poor reviews of the WiFi - we streamed the full France v Ireland rugby game live without any issues. Breakfast was included but we didn’t take advantage of it.

Our room was away from main hotel. Somehow room 100 is in separate building. Room located on first floor next to lifts, very noisy and also next to the building front door where I’m thinking are apartments in which one apartment had loud dogs barking. Again people come home at night the door bangs loudly.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Pillows low and hard too.

Location is not that far from main attractions. Hotel is very impressive with decor. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was kept tidy every day. Even room was small we had enough space. Few restaurants near.

Don’t fall for the free ride from the airport. I got confirmation from Booking about the FREE transfer, with a number! On my way to the airport, two hours before the flight they sent a message saying sorry but due to the unfortunate events my ride was cancelled. Scam. Ciampino airport didn’t have available taxis so I had to take a bus and taxi after. Wasted over and hour! After getting to the hotel the receptionist gave me a ironic reaction saying they don’t ever offer free rides! Not a good start of the holiday. The rest was fine but it’s a shame it started with a wrong experience.

Maybe the furniture could be upgraded, but overall, I have nothing to complain.

I found this hotel very nice: the location is great, close to bus stop, easy to get to the major attractions, and to Sapienza university. The staff at the from desk is great! Everyone was very kind and very helpful. I arrived on a hot day and I was offered a bottle of water, and the same happened the day after when I left the hotel to start my working day. I asked to change room since the single one I booked was a bit dark. The staff kindly agreed, and I even got a double room. No addition on the price. The breakfast was good (both savoury and sweet food). the common spaces and the room were clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Shower - wobbly, very weak water pressure, no cup. No option of making coffee or tea. Mini fridge not working. Electricity outage for about an hour.

The room was a little bit smaller than I'd expected and was a bit short on drawer space for clothes. But these were small things.

Extremely friendly staff and welcome. Location is a little way away from the main sights but there's a bus stop into various locations in the city less than a minute walk away, and metro stop about 10 minutes walk. Decent variety in the breakfast buffet.

though there are no smoking signs, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was clean, but there was a smell that lingered that made the stay less comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and we wanted a room make up on 2nd day. Unfortunately they only had made the bed and changed the wet towels i had put on the tub. No emptying the trash or cleaning the bathroom or putting more toiletries.

The breakfast was great so many options and fresh pasteries with also warm food like eggs and sausages. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was pretty and had beautiful decorations. The room was clean and comfortable enough.

I requested separate beds but the room had double bed although I had received a confirmation for separate beds.

This was a last minute, one night booking for me, so I didn’t get the best room. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable (sunken in the middle), and the room pretty small. I didn’t have the best sleep here, though it is decently quiet (but doors closing could possibly wake you up since you sleep right by the door in the smaller rooms).

The staff were super helpful and kind! Good breakfast and good check-in/check-out times. Everything was functional and it was well located for sightseeing.
