The hotel is quite vintage, room is dark and not cozy. The light is very bright, furniture are dated. Room also has a little bathroom area which is not separated from other space in the room and is not presented in the photos when you book the room. Sound isolation no good, you can hear everything whats happening outside the room. Too pricy for a quality like this.

The location is wonderful, easy to reach and find from the central station. In the area there are loads of places to eat and drink. Bed is comfy! :)

Good for just one night stay and right in the middle of the city but the area is kinda shady at night. Couple of minutes walk away from the main central station

In November, although there is heating at night, there is no quilt provided, only a very thin blanket. On the first night, my husband woke up from the cold. The next day I went to the waiter to ask for a quilt, but was told that there was no quilt and only a bed cover could be provided.

The location is good, because the holiday time is sufficient, there is no strong demand for shopping, it is half an hour away from Chinatown and Renaissance Mall, and it is half an hour away from Milan Cathedral, and it is also within 15 minutes from Central Station

The facilities say that it has airconditioning available however during our stay, it was not turned on. When asked at the reception they said there is no air conditioning. We were disappointed with this alone.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Addressed our queries and checkin as smooth. Reception also had water and other drinks (paid separately). Room were neat and clean. Walkable distance to the main train station. Not a lavish hotel but does the job for a couple of days stay.

The room we got is pretty small, maybe get a bigger room. It's pretty awkward to see a sink and bidet in the room but I guess it's common in Italy. Maybe if they can put a divider or curtain to seperate them from the bed.

Location is quiet and close to bus and train stations. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops around. We are able to checkout at noon and they're able to keep our luggages even after checkout.

The room didn’t have a toilet, shower or proper towels, the air quality of the room was poor and moist. Thin walls and sqeaky bed.

Air Conditioning (AC) - simply did not work to cool the room. Unfortunately, we spent most days and nights sweating when in the room which was a bit uncomfortable. Moreover, there was mould and a foul smell within the AC. A clean and a new filter is long overdue! We asked the gentleman to have a look at AC but sadly, there was no improvement.

1. The location - very close to a busy shop street and less than 15 min walk to Milan Central Station. Moreover, the metro M1 & 2 lines were less than 5 mins walk from hotel. 2. Every day the beds were made, room/toilet + shower room cleaned and new towels provided. 3. Staff were friendly, accommodating, provided a 24 hour service and left it up to us to decide when to pay 4. Very little noise disruption despite being near a busy shop street which was nice

Some staff was not speaking well English. We were made to pay city tax for an under 18 even though before we were told we dont have to. The shower was occupied for 10 minutes from the cleaning equipment.

The 24/7 reception. The man that welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The rooms were big and very well ventilated for this hot weather by an air conditioner. The beds were also very big and very comfy.

the bathroom looked really old from the 70’ not redone in 50 years and the room floor looked old too, the windows didn’t block the noise because they were old too so we were woken up by construction noises in the early morning
