Key card didn't work when we first tried it, so needed to return to the front desk to get it reset. There were lots of uncollected service trays and dishes, bags of laundry, and other debris around the hallway leading to our door making it a bit challenging to navigate and it wasn't that pleasant to look at.

Room was super quiet and charming - loved the automatic window blinds which made the room very dark as well. Concierge was extremely polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked flawlessly. Treats were left on the pillow and the bathroom was very well stocked (toothbrush/toothpaste, shoe buffers, razors, shampoo + conditioner, etc.). We received an unexpected upgrade to a room with a balcony which was really appreciated.

Elegantly furnished lounge and common areas. Lovely outdoor area. Rooms were reasonable size, comfortable bedding and very well kept and clean. Many eateries, wine bars, coffee shops and Burghessi Gardens all within walking distance.

We were a bit lucky to get one of the best rooms (b/o a burglary in our house), but in any case it absolutely exceeded our/my expectations for the price we paid.

Unfortunately there isn’t a parking available at the hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated with a very nice stile. Room are spacious and well decorated. Service is very good. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant.

The staff at the breakfast was unfriendly and careless. There was a morning when 40 minutes before the end of breakfast time almost nothing was available, even there was no glass for juice and no one cared about that. The hotel location is nice, but don't plan to use public transport as a basic option as it is practically non-existent unpredictable service especially in that area.

The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel surrounding is a nice living area. There are restaurants, shop, pharmacy, bus station in walking distance.

I thought the pictures looked a lot nicer than in person but it was still nice enough. the shower wouldn't stay any higher so it had to be held up to wash. Ate in the restaurant, some food was very nice the the lasagne was overheated in the microwave so the top and edges were very tough. Fish was lovely!

The breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and approachable. We went to a concert at the auditorium so it was out of the main city but perfect for us. Lots of lovely food venues in walking distance and buses very accessible and cheap. Taxi from centre was €15-€20 which was welcome in the 38 degree heat!

The water in the shower was only lukewarm in the mornings (at around 9), although fine at all other times.

Perfect location for the Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone - only 15 minutes walk. Staff were extremely helpful and there is a beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner. We had been booked for 3 nights stay but had to be diverted to another hotel in the same chain for the first night because of renovation works. That hotel was more central, our bags were taken on for us whilst we were out and we were also given a 20% discount for dinner. These things happen sometimes, and I thought that it was extremely well handled.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the tourist sites (requires a 15-20 minute bus ride), but that's fine in my opinion.

The biggest advantage of this hotel, besides the cleanliness and excellent rooms, is its wonderful staff. We arrived without planning a trip, and the reception representative (April) helped us a lot throughout the trip. We wouldn't have succeeded without her! Thanks!

They are doing the hotel up so have materials everywhere (can't be helped). The Aircon was broken so was hot in the room. Spa was not available. Location was a bit far out as it said great location on the ad. Jets in the bath room wasn't working.

The hotel it self was lovely inside. The room upgrade was a great suprise. The food was amazing.
