Staircase at night can use some light

Good location can walk to all tourist areas. Breakfast is good. Everyone in hotel is helpful for any information you need. Would recommend. Some stairs to go up but there is an elevator.

The shower was bad due to movable walls. Managed to only soak the bathroom floor once.

Loved all!!! Upon arrival, use the elevator and go to third floor. The reception desk is on this floor. You will see it to the left of the elevator.

They have physical keys for the rooms. I was just afraid of losing them.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Good location close to the train station. Not too close to center but very close to the river which made for a beautiful walk to almost anywhere we went.

The staff apart from one very friendly female receptionist were not so polite, or rather they all seem constantly very unhappy and tired of guests. Staff at breakfast were making faces each time someone asked them about anything. Part of the holiday experience is also staying at the hotel and being around hotel staff, so unfortunately although the hotel was nice, I will choose a different one next time.

Very good location. The hotel is nicely designed and new (refurnished), it was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Also, nice variety at breakfast.

Our room was right next to reception and there is no sound proofing. You can hear everything and we were woken up by other guests returning at 2am. But it didn't ruin our stay, it's still a lovely place.

Lot of steps to Reception on level 3, there is a lift but only for 2 peopel

The Dedo Boutique really exceeded all my expectations! I booked a single and thought it was perfect for one person! Updated, stylish, very clean, quiet room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect - close enough to all the sights - but far enough away that you will not be battling crowds to get to your hotel. AND close to the tram stop for the airport and the main train station.

Having a bathroom in room was a luxury but very narrow. Fortunately we are not tall people so it was not a problem for us. There was at most 12” between front of commode and the opposite wall so someone with long legs would bump their knees. One small suggestion for improvement. Breakfast starts at 7:30 however most tours in Florence start at 8 AM and want you there 15 minutes early. The timing is too tight for even a quick breakfast since it’s a 10 minute walk to the central station. Staff packed a bag breakfast but it was really sparse on sustainable calories and had NO caffeine - a bottle of water, orange, couple of small plastic wrapped butter cookies and a packaged small chocolate chip muffin. A little disappointed since we paid to have breakfast included.

Breakfast was identical each day, but give me a cappuccino and cornetto and I’m happy. Espresso machine was a touch temperamental but staff helped, just don’t stand directly in front as it spits a little. Selection of meats, cheese, bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt and a few hot items - scrambled eggs, “bacon” and hot dogs :) Front desk staff were very helpful. Laura was particularly high energy and well-informed and caring. My wife got food poisoning and she made a point to tell me to have her call if she needed anything. Good restaurant recommendations too. Great view of Florence from our window.

Breakfast starting time was too late at 0730. We stayed for a week and had pre-booked breakfast only to miss 3 mornings because of early start excursions. Getting heavy luggage from the roadside entrance door, up some steps to the small old lift then up to the 3rd floor hotel reception was a bit of a struggle.

The hotel location was great. Clean spacious room with a good size bed. Nice thick walls so good soundproofing.

Lot of good things about this property : 1) Quality of breakfast was superb 2) Hotel staffs were very supportive 3) Youtube, Netflix, Amazon everything were available in the TV - kids were very happy !! (no use for adults) 4) Location is very good

The room could be a bit more sound-proofed. Our room was near the main door therefore we could sometimes hear people entering and leaving the hotel.

The breakfast room was a bit tight, some got to wait for free table.

The family room was nice, good with four "real beds" and not a poor sofa bed. All was clean and good, nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice too.

Nothing as such. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was in a good location. Very near to the beautiful Arno river. The room is compact, but has all the necessary facilities. Its a good hotel.
