We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had an amazing stay at this guest house, perfectly located on one of the main streets in the heart of Sorrento. The central location made it incredibly easy to explore the area, with just a short walk to both the train station and the port for ferry trips. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling street, which became our favourite spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was perfect for people-watching and soaking in the lively atmosphere of the city. The blackout blinds were a bonus, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The accommodation was impeccably clean. Herman, our host, was fantastic! He provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants, and we loved each one we tried. Overall, it was an excellent stay in the perfect location—highly recommended!

Excellent location on one of the main streets. Perfect place to stay in comfort. We enjoyed people watching from the balcony sipping limoncello. The black out blinds were fab for a great nights sleep. Herman was the perfect host and we tried and loved several of his restaurant suggestions. Definitely will be back!

The location of the property is great - right on the Main Street which is convenient for getting to the bars and restaurants but also only a short walk to the beach. Herman arranged our boat trip to Capri with a tour company and it was an amazing experience. The property is very clean, spacious and the balcony is a great addition! We can’t wait to stay again during our next trip to Sorrento. The value for money was great considering how close it is to centre of Sorrento (plus the benefit of recommendations and tips from Herman!). We would recommend Dea Guest House to everyone!

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the warm days, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. TurkeyAs soon as I open the windows the air conditioner turns off. Normally it takes 2-3 minutes. The internet in the room we stayed in sometimes gets very slow.

Herman was a wonderful host, even going out of his way to provide drinks as a extra touch for guests. He regularly communicated with us & was easy to reach if we ever needed anything. Herman provided lots of recommendations & was even willing to organise a boat tour to Capri if desired. A great place to base yourself to explore Sorrento & the Amalfi Coast.
