The location of the property is great - right on the Main Street which is convenient for getting to the bars and restaurants but also only a short walk to the beach. Herman arranged our boat trip to Capri with a tour company and it was an amazing experience. The property is very clean, spacious and the balcony is a great addition! We can’t wait to stay again during our next trip to Sorrento. The value for money was great considering how close it is to centre of Sorrento (plus the benefit of recommendations and tips from Herman!). We would recommend Dea Guest House to everyone!

TurkeyAs soon as I open the windows the air conditioner turns off. Normally it takes 2-3 minutes. The internet in the room we stayed in sometimes gets very slow.

Herman was a wonderful host, even going out of his way to provide drinks as a extra touch for guests. He regularly communicated with us & was easy to reach if we ever needed anything. Herman provided lots of recommendations & was even willing to organise a boat tour to Capri if desired. A great place to base yourself to explore Sorrento & the Amalfi Coast.

LatviaThere were nothing major we didn't like. Lack of hangers for towels. I would add some extra. Maybe a bit annoying air conditioner setup where you need to have a key in the plug in order to have electricity, so when you go out you need to keep windows open. Sometimes live music was a bit loud, but it always ends at 00:00 as per street policies.
Herman, owner of the rooms is a very helpful and pleasant guy. He gave an answer to any question we asked. Provided us locations to eat, map on what to see in Sorrento. He also booked a Capri tour and transfer back to the airport. Such a wonderful man. Room is nice, location right in the center of the main walking street so you will get anywhere in 5-10 min. Room was clean, has strong wifi, Netflix access. Soundproof windows, automatic blinders, air conditioner, bidet. Clean towels, shampoo etc. Cleaning will be done on demand, but in a specific time slot. Overall we liked and would rate it at 9

The room and bathroom were a good size and extremely clean. The apartment is located at the end of the main street so basically the whole of Sorrento is walking distance away. The host, Herman was exceptional - kept in contact with us before and during our stay - very helpful and his recommendations were great. Sorrento itself is a beautiful town. Great central location - We visited Pompeii (took the train); Capri (by boat); Positano, Amalfi and Ravello (shared minibus).
