Bathtub too high to get in (it seems typical here in Europe) maybe next time I'll ask for shower only when booking. Bathtub not cleaned through (a few areas of the tub door had mold). Room smelled musty. We were staying a few days only so no much of a problem for us, just a bit of an annoyance.

Good location, safe, spacious room, good A/C, easy check in, staff was nice. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafe bars, walking distance to Trevi Fountain and many other points of interest.

The room itself was tiny, like hardly any room to walk between the bed and the walls, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so it didn't matter really.

I liked the location of this place as it was a short walk to the train station and there were a lot of shops and restaurants close by. Also not far to walk to Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. We arrived at the hotel prior to the check-in time and we were able to leave our bags and use the washroom to change and freshen up before our actual check-in time.

It’s an older building and there was mold in the bathroom shower and walls , and the tub was half broken . We were only there for one night so it did the trick

Rooms are very small (but so they are in every hotel in Rome's center. I can recommend this hotel to everyone intending to stay there one night or two, for more nights it is better to look for a hotel with bigger rooms.

The location is great, in the very center of Rome. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel is great. Its position is so close to the must see's of Rome, but without the huge amount of people closer to Trevi fountain, which is only a 5 minute walk.

Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours. A bit noisy cleaning staff, especially in the morning.

We didn’t mind slept trough it anyways but its quite loud at night .

Location was Amazing ! Walking distance to all main sightseeing . We were with a 6 year old so that was very important we could Go in to rest and cool down anytime it was to hectic.

The air conditioning in our room was very weak, so we reported the problem and were told that someone would be able to come and fix it, however this didn't happen by the time we checked out. I'm sure that, had we stayed for longer, this would have been fixed, but it did mean that we had two very hot nights, which is why we made use of the lovely shower. All in all, this was a minor issue in an otherwise lovely stay, but we would have appreciated it being fixed for our second night.

The location of this hotel is definitely the selling point, and the reason that we booked it. The walk to the Trevi fountain is 5 minutes, and the road down to it is paved with restaurants and gelaterias, meaning that we didn't have to travel far for food or to take in the sights. On the occasions that we did travel far, there is a short walk to the bus stop for the various bus tours you can book, and the metro, including Roma Termini which is a 20 minute walk. The room was perfect for myself and my best friend for two nights, as we planned to do lots of sightseeing and therefore needed a room with a comfortable bed and enough space for us to get ready for day trips and going out in the evening. The shower was exceptional, which was necessary in the 38 degree heat, and the locked cupboard for us to store our bags before check-in on our first day and after check-out on our last day was incredibly useful so that we could sightsee on the days we travelled without having to take all of our luggage with us.

This is not about the accommodation, we struggled to get a taxi back to the airport due to checking out at 3am and there was noone around or any information regarding this at that time in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about getting around Rome. The room was very clean and tidy and the location was fantastic :-)

Location of Hotel was excellent as it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. The room was a bit too small Breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and the breakfast room on the roof of the hotel was a bonus.
