Our experience was amazing beginning with a welcoming glass of prosecco after stepping through the front door. The staff arranged reservations for transportation and unforgettable dinners at special local places. We LOVED breakfast - who doesnt like cappuccino and pastry with fresh fruit, etc. It was a wonderful beginning to each day. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and loved coming back to a quiet, charming room. Hotel De Ricci made our stay in Rome unforgettable. Will happily return.

I enjoyed everything about my stay.

Perfect location. Close enough to all the major sites but far enough from the crowds. Lovely area full of great restaurants, cafes and nice boutiques. So easy to get around. The staff was super attentive and booked all my outings even though I was always last minute. Aperitivo at the hotel bar at the end of my day was one of my favorite things, amazing selection of wines and delicious bites, sultry music and impecable decor. They also offer a delicious breakfast. I will come to hotel de Ricci whenever I’m in Rome. Many thanks to all the staff 🙏

Only dowside was the smell of cigars/cigarettes at the reception.

Excellent location, close to the mostly tourist attractions, restaurants and shops, incredibly friendly atmosphere, responsive and always willing to help staff. Breakfast also was good enough. The bad and pillows were comfortable.

That we couldn’t stay there longer.

Honestly the best service we have had in our life. The staff here were so accomodating and went beyond expectations. Our son was checked into hospital while we were staying there and the staff truly cared for our situation and made us feel that nothing was too hard for them to accomodate. The room was also beautiful, large, clean and the drop down tv was great also. If I could give them 11/10 I would.

The price was a bit on the high side and may have been even lowered the following week.

Location is very good, close to the Pantheon. Staff is exceptionally attentive. My room was huge with a terrific balcony. Breakfast was very good, served either in the room or in the bar. There is no formal dining room and the menu is somewhat limited, which was alright for me. The hotel did not seem very full, usually I was the only guest having breakfast. I can't say enough about the staff's attentiveness and readiness to oblige.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of rome. Due to only having 8 rooms it’s very quiet and certainly feels like going home :) A lovely home away from home. The staff were super lovely as well

I am not a big fan of open bathrooms (although the toilets have a door, the shower is basically in the room). The hotel is a renovated traditional building on a small (quiet) street, so rooms are a bit dark.

Mostly what we didn't love is a matter of personal preference. The hotel is very dark, in the way that some city hotels have decided is hip. The shower is a glass box in the room, which we also don't love as a design choice.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is centrally located near all of the main sights in Rome, but on a small quiet street. The staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived before our room was ready and they welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine and took our bags so that we could walk around the city. They suggested several restaurants for dinner and made a reservation for us. And they helped us pack up some wine for our travels home. They even brought us coffee very early on the day of our departure. They truly were so kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, as well.

From the warm welcome on arrival and every time you return after a days sightseeing to the assistance with booking restaurants during our stay, I could not fault this hotel. Friendliest, most accommodating staff, lovely rooms and generally warm and homely yet luxurious throughout! Great location to explore Rome too.
