This place is so worth it. It is not in the center which is perfect as you go back to peace and quiet to rest. It is a quaint hotel full of details. The room super comfortable and clean. All the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast delicious and aboundant with choices. It is easy to get to the core of the city by bus, taxi, or if you like to walk, like us, it is the best way as you will discover interesting and beautiful spots along the way. They offer happy hour every afternooon. They also provide 24 h coffee/tea drinks and snack that you can enjoy. They have water refilling machine. It rained and they provided us with good umbrellas all day. I would go back to this place without hesitation. Strongly recommended.

The hotel is located not too far from the center, while in a quiet neighborhood. We can choose to walk or take a bus to the center. It provides free drinks, great happy hour, breakfast and free parking. Rooms are well decorated and very clean. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again when I come to Florence next time.

Lovely big room with double aspect. Breakfast excellent with lovely smiling lady making everything was in order. Very helpful, smiling front desk staff. Easy to jump on bus right outside to go to town.

I liked almost everything. The only small problem is that the hotel is a bit far away from Florence Center. The staff however was very helpful in giving instructions on how to use the “C-4” bus to get into town. They can sell you bus tickets right at the front desk.

Everything! Parking for one, Such friendly staff, our room was comfortable and pretty. Location is great, a nice walk along the river and past the park with the best views of the city. Delicious happy hour and breakfast pastries. Could not think of any way of improving it. It’s the little touches that make you feel so welcome and make the holiday less stressful and more enjoyable. Thank you Hotel David. Wish we stayed longer.

The wifi could be better but it was usable.

The breakfast & the happy hour were such a bonus as were the still/sparkling water machines and other amenities in the little kitchen area. This is a lovely & very comfortable hotel. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is just steps from the bus and from many good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the Hotel David highly.

Spotlessly clean, the rooms and public spaces are immaculate. Staff are a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble, the service wasn’t rushed and they appeared to genuinely be happy to be there!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is perfectly friendly and responsive, the room is big and nice. Tourist and non-tourist bus stop is very close, parking is available. Coffee and tea are in the lobby 24 hrs.

This hotel was fabulous. Could not fault it. Comfy bed, large bathroom, wonderful staff, beautiful garden to sit in the the evening for Happy Hour. Bus right outside the door. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Staff were incredibly friendly and answered every question and request with a smile. The happy hour was very generous and a great time to talk with other guests. Breakfast was excellent and, again, staff were very friendly and helpful.
