As soon as we arrived at hotel we were welcomed by the staff and given all the info we needed to make our stay pleasant, WiFi password, times of breakfast & happy hour, Check out time and a handy map. Our room was ready early and available for check in. Breakfast was excellent, eggs, bacon, fruit, Veggies, yogurt, cereal, pastries, fresh juice, coffee and much more. Beautiful outside garden or inside dining room. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and good water pressure for shower. Room had a nice balcony with comfortable chairs and table overlooking courtyard. Would highly recommend this hotel and happily stay again!

Hotel David may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely loved it here. The property is super secure and very charming, and the staff are so kind and helpful. They organised bus tickets and taxis for us, and were always happy to answer questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great, including free snacks, drinks, juice, and the wonderful happy hour every evening. The breakfast is incredible and so worth staying in for. It’s a great location, with several bus stops close by, and the centre of town only a short bus ride or a comfortable walk away. Loved it and can’t wait to stay again soon!

Absolutely nothing!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and they assisted with everything we needed. The hotel has a happy hour where they offer free drinks and canapés on the terrace and it was so lovely. You have unlimited refills of still/ sparkling water and coffee and some free drinks from the bar. The breakfast was delicious - plenty of really good options and served on the terrace which was beautiful. Our room and bathroom was great and air con worked well in the heat. It was a great location - about 20 mins walk from the centre of the city or you can take the bus or a bike, there are plenty of great restaurants around and it is within walking distance of all major landmarks in the city. Reception will assist you with bus tickets / booking cabs or generally getting around the city if you need.

We were on a road trip through Italy and of all the hotels this one was the best, by far. The location is great, it is just across the river, but if you dont want to walk to city center the public transport stop is just across the street. Also, at the same palce is the Hop on Hop off bust stop. The room was huge, actually it was like a whole apartment and it was spotless clean. There was a huge balcony where we would enjoy in the afternoon. The amenities were great, free drinks, happy hour. Breakfast was amazing, do not skip the pistachio croissant.

Minor issues with the toilet...you have to push button quite a few times for water to flush. Our preference, pillows were to soft:( Some traffic noise, our room faced busy street. These are small things. We would definitely stay at Hotel David again. Absolutely, amazing top service hotel:))

I cannot fault Hotel David on any front, it was such an enjoyable stay that I would struggle to try and improve any part of the guest experience.
