Location was a bit far out being minimum 30 min walk to all main attractions apart from the coliseum. Very hard to find it is behind a gate which required the staff having to come and find us as we were so confused as not very advertised

The air conditioner wasn't working well.

The location is amazing!! It's close to the central station, and we were able to visit all the touristy places we wanted to visit like the Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Vatican City, etc. by public transport. The staff was kind and the room was beautiful.

The water temperature in the shower was a rollercoaster. Icy to scalding and back within 1-2 minutes.

Location and value near Roma Termini train station. The rooms are hidden away from the busy streets off a private residential courtyard.

Walls were quite thin, so you could hear evertyhing from other rooms. A bit more cosier lighting could be used. Water was bit running on toilet and showerhead was leaking.

The room is located inside an apartment in a residential building. So to check in, you have to call or message someone and hope you don't get stranded. It's not clear how to check in/out when booking. I got charged late check in fee after arriving 5 min past midnight which was in the booking info, to be honest. I would've liked there to be a proper reception. Room was very quiet for all nights except last night when new people next door wouldn't stop giggling until past 1am. It's true that walls are very thin. I bit too many keys to work out how to open/close everything.

Excellent location. Close to public transport. Getting a pastry in the morning was really nice. Bathroom was en suite and very clean. Heating, aircon and tv all working. Fresh towels daily. It was nice to have a kitchen.

Our room was very small, and bathroom probably the smallest I ever seen, so difficult to move around. Apartment due to location very dark same for our room , not too much natural lighting. Rooms could do with upgrading . Overall good budget stay for few days.

In the add it said the room with private bathroom, but it didn't say that the bathroom is not connected to the room itself, but you have to go through the common coridor and pass by shared kitchen in order to get to your bathroom, while other people are using the same coridor and kitchen. This makes a big minus especially for the ladies, and during the night, and you have to keep the bathroom under the key, so it would stay private. Bathroom itself is nice and clean. However, if we knew the situation woth the bathroom we wouldn't book this room, because for the proce payed you can definetly get a hotel room with your own bathroom within the room.

A greatly located, silent, rather small but clean room, has everything you need for a short stay. Complementary coffe, juice, water and croasants in the morning are improving overall impression about the place. Clean towels were replaced on the next day.

The air conditioner didn't work properly, which might have been a problem with the remote control. Either way, it was a hassle and I had to call reception for help late at night when I just wanted to go to sleep. Once the AC was set properly, the room was comfortable. The bed is not a the standard length for a bed in the USA. I am 5'10" tall and needed to sleep diagonally on the bed. They communicated with me using WhatsApp, but when I needed to message/text them they didn't answer. I needed to call them on WhatsApp to get an answer. And sometimes they didn't answer until it was too late. I wanted to store my bag with them on the day of my departure (as they offered when I arrived). I called 3 times and they were too late getting back to me that morning, so I went and paid 5 euro at a storage place. There was no shelf in the shower to set soap and shampoo on, but that was the case in every accomodation I had in Italy, so maybe it's normal. On WhatsApp, they instructed me to notify them 5 minutes before my arrival. I messaged them 5 minutes before arrival. I waited and waited at the gate. Then I called them on WhatsApp, and they answered and came within 5 minutes to let me in.

The location was convenient. The room looked nice. They left a pastry hanging from the doorknob each morning. There were some beverages included in the mini fridge.

The bathroom is quite small, which made it a bit cramped for a tall man. But it’s not a major problem for a short stay.

Sheika (sorry if I misspelt it!) was a wonderful host, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! The room is clean and comfortable, and access is safe and easy. the location is ideal, especially if you are catching the train. The pastries for breakfast are 👌🏼
