in the description there is free parking, in fact it is parking on neighboring streets, first come first serve principle. You have to be careful when they are cleaning the streets because then you can't park.In my opinion, the free parking at the hotel is misleading to the user, it should be indicated at the beginning of the description that it is a municipal parking lot. It is not possible to book a parking space because it does not belong to the hotel

The room we got! With the most gorgeous view you could get of the Unesco World Heritage town of San Gimignano through a hotel window! Photo op to say the least! This from a good sized, clean room with very comfy bed, a desk, a sofa, a couple of chairs, good light etc. The reception and other staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. The breakfast selection was good enough. Extra plus for local youghurt for breakfast as well as for the superb restaurant adjacent. Serving fantastic meals at a good price! The semi rural location in a rather quite area less than ten minutes walk to the ancient walls of the old city.

The bathroom was quite old and needs to be renovated.

Very good location to walk into the center. We had a room in an external building with a beautifully view of the city. A car parking place is available in front of the hotel. We were supported by the hotel staff to get a place.

Be careful when moving around the Hotel and your room, so many changes of floor level, small and large, easy to trip. A step up and down in to bathroom when the bathroom floor is a wet tiled floor is lethal, beware. Parking challenging in local area

Everything was very good, the location was perfect, the people who is working there very very polite and smiley and helping!!, the room very clean and we check in earlier!! Only the bed wasn't good they have to change the bed mattresses.

Parking in front of the hotel was very limited, and more often than not you have to find a spot in the streets nearby.

It was very difficult to find a parking space close to the hotel, so when we finally did find out, we couldn't risk moving the car for the 2 days we were there. The room had no "do not disturb sign", therefore you had no option of asking the cleaners not to come in, and they just open the door whenever they want to clean. The floor of the shower in the annex was very very slippery, and you really need to be careful to avoid slipping and fracturing your skull. It will be helpful if the hotel management can invest in some anti slip mats

Located 10 minutes walk from the centre of San Gimignano, this is a small slightly dated hotel located just far enough to avoid the day trippers for some peace and quiet, but also very close enough for a gentle stroll (10 minutes slow walk) to the old town. We stayed in one of the Annex rooms, which was clean, and had air conditioning with a small fridge in the room which is handy. I highly recommend this hotel, if you are looking for simple no fuss stay close to the old town. The staff were helpful, which was a far cry from the last time we visited in 2020, when the receptionist couldn't even manage a smille.
