Couldn't control the heat in the room but it was om.with the warm quilts.

We were only there for 12 hours but We enjoyed our stay. It is a rustic lodge, clean and simple. We enjoyed the restaurant and the staff was wonderful friendly.

The breakfast was very simple. Service on the buffet gives the uncomfortable feeling that they want to control what and how much you consume. The road is very busy and it is a bit noisy in the night.

The location is not too far away from the center.

The breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 which wasn’t early enough for us to eat then catch our bus to the start of the Alta Via Uni, so can’t comment on breakfast. Would have expected a 7am start in an outdoorsy town.

Partial selfservice at the breakfast, which felt a bit odd. My room was at the top floor which meant there was only one way out in case of an emergency. Being by myself this did not really make me feel safe.

Small room given the price. Location was okay, a 10 minute walk from the Olympic Ice Rink and the city centre. Breakfast was incredible with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything.

It was a couple Kms out of town which made it quiet but close enough. The dinner we had there was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable and had a great view of the mountains.

The restaurant wasn’t to our taste but you could tell a lot of effort had been put into it. Personally we found the buffet where you had to request items from the staff slightly unusual as well.

No fan/ AC, room was very warm upon arrival. Air fresheners used in the hallways were too strong for our preference. Parking was available on site but it was very crowded and limited. We had a parking spot, left to drive around the area and when we came back, the lot was full or cars parked in every which way. Reception staff had already left for the day to ask for help, so we had to park on a back alley.

Kind host was able to communicate to us in English. Close proximity to downtown. Bed was cozy. Porch area was nice.

Would have rather the breakfast was self serve rather than having to ask for each thing that was in full view. Probably minimizes waste though. One night the people in the room next door were talking very loud late at night and I could hear them a bit more than I’d have liked.

I was drawn to the description of the room with a patio. I was alone so I requested a single room. It was small, but had all that I needed, with a door to a little outside patio area, and door was mostly glass so I had a gorgeous view. Breakfast was good. It was clean and comfortable and easy walk a short distance to town center.

Really nice hotel in a traditional alpine style. Comfy bed good shower nice staff and a really good breakfast. Special mention to Max the bar man who was super friendly when we went for a few drinks on arrival after a very long stressful journey.

The breakfast buffet was nice, however a bit limited compared to other hotels.

The hotel was so clean and only a short walk from the town. The showers were hot, WiFi was good and staff were friendly. Really comfortable beds & we had a large balcony area that we weren’t expecting. Free parking & perfect for a hiking trip to the Dolomites.

Walls were paper thin so heard everything from next room. Didn't get a nice arrival greeting and staff member was not overly friendly. But other staff nice.

Considering size of room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast nice and staff friendly.
