Paula, the host, she is a sunshine. A laughter together is the best start in the day. She takes great care that any guest feels better than at home. The accommodation has the typical central Sardinia style. Beautifully decorated with a love to owls 🤩 The breakfast is yummy and she can top some 4 star hotels I experienced in Sardinia. Anyone making a trip through the central part of Sardinia, I can highly recommend to rest at least one night there.

I loved everything!!

This is the gem of Sorgono and I recommend you stay here if you want to experience the town easily and have a super comfortable place to stay. Paola, our host, was perfect. She welcomed us with cold drinks and talked to us about the town and her family. The rooms were large with large windows, big bathroom and TV. Cuccumiao is very central. The pool is only 1 min walk away and you are provided with discounted entry. I was so impressed with the breakfast. Paola seemed to have bought fresh, good quality pastries from the local bakery as well as provided yoghurt, fruit, toast and a wonderful coffee and hot chocolate. We LOVED staying here. Very little. Eating out options are limited but Paulo doesn't care what you do in her kitchen or with her crockery providing you leave it tidy. Despite her picture we think the pool may be seasonal

Paulo was delightful and super friendly. The house smelt amazing and was spotless and very quirky in a good way. Breakfast was great and very varied. We had a refrigerated drawer for our food and the coffee machine is ace and free. Nice patio at the front of the house. Sorgorno is so friendly. everyone spoke to you and a neighbour helped us to find the B and B. Also the cutest cat and kitten living on the roof of the house opposite -she hated me.

Beautiful house in centre of sorgono. Clean and spacious and the host Paola was very welcoming let us use the pool out of season and helped us with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and parking was easy to find.

Everything! The host Paula is very nice and friendly. She offered her courtyard to park our motorbike safely. The property is nicely decorated, the breakfast is rich, delicious and different slightly every day. Coffee and tea were available at every moment. The room was clean, the bathroom as well.

The weather.. but the property can do nothing about it. And the 2 beds didn’t fit together exactly. Just this small detail can be looked into.

The property was extremely charming; it was like a time travel. Every small detail had been taken care of…stone walls; a beautiful sit out… lovely winding staircase. Beautiful comfortable room… and the icing on the cake was that Paola let us jump into her private pool to beat the extreme summer heat. The stay was the best thing which happened for us in Sorgono; because we could not go walking in the woods because of the extreme heat wave.

Great host - Paola! Very warm and welcoming person! Nice and small place to stay in the middle of the Sorgono village. Clean room and quiet place for one night. Good and filing self-service breakfast in the morning.Hint: Better to park the car in the church's square since streets are very narrow.

This bed & breakfast is located in a quite mountain town where everyone was so nice!! The owner takes much pride in her place and it was one of the cleanest rooms we stayed in. She made sure we were happy the entire time and took extra steps to make our stay wonderful! The breakfast was very good. Would highly suggest this place!!

For breakfast the majority of food is sweet (that is normal in Italiy, we know :) ) The sound proof of rooms could be better. The shower could be tight for a bigger person.

We loved our stay at Cuccumiao. Paola is a great host who does everything for you to feel at home. The house is nicely renovated with good quality materials (eg. tiles in the bathroom) in a way that it's authentic style is kept and at the same time it is modern, functional and comfortable. There is a terrace that guests can use and as the house is situated in a calm street, it is very pleasent to have a drink there. The place is very clean. One of the best value for money places we have been.

It was perfect!

This is exceptional place to stay. Paolina is the sweetest and most welcoming host I have met through out my last 30 days stay in Italy. Fresh panini and food every morning. Amazing free espresso machine with multiple options of coffee and tea and other hot beverages through out the day. The place itself is made with wonderful details, warmth and little touches that makes your stay exceptional. Poling has such has cute sense of humour and we loved getting to know her. Do visit this place even if it’s overnight. The photos on the site do not do justice to this cute place and it is even better when seen in person. Here we found the best host ever. We arrived worn and tired and she did everything she could to make us feel at home. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The self-service breakfast we found in the morning was extraordinary. We will surely be back next time we will be in Sorgono.

Nothing really. Breakfast was better than most but still very much in the italian B&B norms. At least there was cold meat on offer, biscuits and a choice of fruit juices, on top of the usual individual jams, nutella etc...

Lovely friendly host, nice to interact and discuss with Paula. Nice big room, with modern shower. Welcome drink, coffee machine accessible 24h a day. Bottles of water offered for the day.
