The wifi is limited and not stable. They really need to improve on this. They can also improve by providing a kettle in the room.

The location is perfect if you want to hike around the area. There is a cow field right next to the hotel that bring much joy and just gives the right mountain feeling (also, they don't stink). The hotel itself is standard, nothing special but very clean and comfy, our bathroom was spacious. We booked breakfast and dinner during our stay, the food portion is huge, great after a long hike day and they change the menu every night. Taste is standard, staff is very nice and accommodating. Water is included but alcoholic drinks are extra. They have a good selection of wine for a very affordable price. Breakfast is standard, good amount of choices and lots of fruits.

Very small rooms. Just bear essentials. Too expensive for such rooms and breakfast. Vegetables are not provided to the breakfast. Nice lady brought some cucumbers and tomato’s salad after we asked for it. Fruits are not cut so you need to do extra work if you want to eat anything. Not tasty and feels like they are serving things that can be served several days in row without getting spoiled

Restaurant was ok, a bit bland; this said we visited several restaurants during this stay and none was outstanding (same precooked pasta for tourists); Internet doesn't always work and to be accessed via a cumbersome setup

Good location, close to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and plenty of other hiking tracks. Super kind and caring staff from the reception to the restaurant. Room large and clean with perfectly working heating (not as I read from other reviewers). breakfast excellent with choice of coffee/cappuccino/etc..

The room needs to be renovated. The duvet cover was full of hair. Very poor sound insulation. There are no fruits and vegetables for breakfast. The price of accommodation does not match the quality.

The booking was for 980.4Euro for 5 persons occupying 2 rooms for 2 nights. But we were charged at the end for Euro1032 (before city tax of 11.4) without any explanation.

The hotel is quite uncosy, the rooms are very basic, no cettle or fridge. The dinner was not great.

The hotel is clean and very close to Drei Zinnen. Staff was nice and helpful. Good breakfast.

The interiors were quite cold and clinical feeling. Rooms were pretty small with no fridges, tables, or chairs. The hotel also only had basic amenities so not many activities for poor weather days.

Property has a nice exterior and was in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees with a picturesque view of the mountains. There were also a good range of brekkie options.

The staff during dinner was not very friendly. They seemed to be very stressed. The atmosphere in the dinner room was not nice either. The prices for meals were too high.

It was impossible to tell where we were supposed to check in when we drove onto the property. That was frustrating after a long drive. Two of the four pillows in our room (for four people) were terribly thin and uncomfortable.

Only problem was that we could not get anyone to answer the contact phone number which should be used in case there is no receptionist present etc. Not at evening or later in the night.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast good. Overall very nice place. Even as we arrived very late there was someone who gave us the room, that was very nice indeed.

Extremely poor wifi connection. Had to carry every piece of luggage up a flight of stairs to the reception in the main building and later another building where our room was located.
