The mattress was awful, we couldn’t sleep normally and the room needs more light.

It is right in the city center. Fantastic location and great staff. The room has more than enough space with a huge bathroom.

The shower might be improved (a part of the bathroom became wet, even if it was very large). The breakfast (not included in the offer, 12€ more per day) is fairly limited: just a croissant, and toasted bread + jam and some beverage (coffee or juice). However it is served in the room and the waitress was very kind. Maybe a fresh fruit, or a jogurt would be good.

Hotel very central and close to the metro station. Big room (compared to many other hotels), very quiet without noise. Kind staff. I would come back.

The sound isolation. I didn't sleep well because I could hear the footsteps of people walking on the superior floor. Or perhaps on the floor below.

The location is excellent. The room was spacious. The staff was polite. The air conditioning worked well in a burning Rome.

It's too noisy. You can hear absolutely everything from the hotel corridor. In the morning, it gets quite loud with room cleaning and guests leaving their rooms, to the point where it is impossible to sleep. Every morning, there is a constant beeping sound, I'm not sure if it is coming from the elevator or some alarms, but it's quite frustrating.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of most attractions. The single room is quite spacious.

Bathroom extractor fan didn’t work adequately. At checkout, reception did not have change for the City Tax payment, so I had to go out and find change and come back, which caused us to be delayed.

Excellent location, easy to find and to get around Rome. Air conditioner worked really well and made sure the room was really comfortable. Plenty of coat hangers to air out clothing. Lots of power outlets for device charging. Very helpful staff.

The bed mattress feels very cheap and uncomfortable. Any slight turn in the bed and it all creaks. Air-con leaks condensation by the window, so its a bit messy and could be a hazard of slipping since the floors are from smooth stone tiles.

The staff is amazing! Warm, friendly and super helpful! The location is comfortable to reach any of Rome's attractions.

    - No remote to control the air conditioner. You can switch the air conditioner on or off with a switch in the room but you cannot control the temperature. When it got too cold I had to just turn it off - There was an issue with the shower head. The water did not come out evenly, just on one side - The TV reception was terrible - The wifi was sometimes very slow and would drop in and out - I was charged €5 euro to leave my luggage after check out (they charge you if you want to leave your bag beyond 2pm) - Very weak hairdryer in the bathroom - I requested an iron but could not take it to my room. I had to iron my clothes near the reception

    - Location was fabulous. Hotel was in a safe shopping area (luxury brands). 2 min walk to the Spanish Steps. Short walk to the Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants nearby. Spagna metro stop 2 min away - Was very thankful for the air conditioning in the Italian hot summer - The reception is open 24 hours with staff available 24 hours. They staff there are very friendly - Elevator - Fridge in room - No issues with noise from people from other rooms

We arrived at mindnight in our room, AC was on with open window and only 21°C, it was very cold. Also the night we checked in, man from the reception called us in the middle of the night (1:25am to be precise) to check how many of us is in the room?? We were sleeping, it scared us a lot! Also, we reserved two seperated beds and got one family bed. Receptionist didn't give us paper with the instructions and pass codes so we were asking him to give it to us. When leaving the room, you have to leave the keys on the reception which I think should be comunicated before reservations on Booking, because that is the one thing is huge minus for me. I don't like the idea of someone entering room full of my stuffs while I'm away. And when you are coming back to hotel no one is checking who are you or at which room are you staying. That way someone could easly came from the streets and get in any room in the hotel. Huge minus for security.

I like that second day lady at the reception asked us if we wanted for the to clean up our room, think this should be asked everyday or at least tell to the guests when they are leaving keys at the reception that cleaning lady will come to the room in case (in case someone left their personal things available) Liked the location, it is really great placed

I was very disconcerted when I found out they did not have wash clothes or smaller sized hand towels that could sub for washcloths. I was sad there were no English speaking channels on the TV. Maybe just one ? Spoiled American here.

I didn't have breakfast here but I was grateful they had a selection of bottled water on site for purchase so I didn't have to leave the hotel to find water.

Location--- walk to Spanish Steps is like 5 minutes, to Trevi fountain about 10 mins. It was about 30 min walk from Termini station, but I'm a walker and was fine with that. Great value for the price.
