We had a good time and there was not anything that we disliked.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The garden and pool area was very nice and we had a good time swimming and relaxing under the olive trees. The restaurant served good Italian food. The breakfast was exellent.

Should have booked a room with air conditioning, ours had only a ceiling fan but that was my own fault. Everything else was great.

Friendliness of the people and the fact that they were able to cater for a gluten-free diet. The hotel is beautifully situated just outside the town of Limone with stunning views of the lake and mountains.

The Wi-Fi coverage was poor in the Annex building where our room was located and we couldn't get onto the Internet when over there. Also the coverage outside on the balcony from the main dining room / bar wasn't so good and my phone kept losing connection. The Hotel Christina above further up the Hill had some Live music for a couple of nights until around 10 p.m. and so if you wanted to get an early night's sleep it could be challenging.

The friendly and helpful staff - We stayed in the Annex building and it was clean and the room had a nice balcony view. The pool was nice and quite big so plenty of room and the Staff occasionally came down to the pool to take orders for drinks. The Hotel also accommodated me with Gluten free cereal, bread slices and biscuits for Breakfast. The Hotel is also located away from the main Limone central area and so quieter with a 10- minute walk.

We liked our stay at the Hotel Coste very much. We stayed there for 4 nights. They have very nice and helpful staff, nice sorroundings (olive trees, outdoor pool,playground and table tennis), and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good, tasty and fresh. We didn`t eat dinner there, so I can`t comment on that. We also got a free private parking. The centre of Limone sul Garda is also very close to this accomodation (only 10 minutes walk). There`s really nothing to complain about.

We did not pay attention when booking that there was no air conditioning in the room taking it for granted. Instead, we had a ceiling fan in the room which turned out to be very noisy unfortunately. Next to that, the room was exposed to street (fairly noisy) and to another hotel terrace which had music going till midnight (and kids shouting from early in the morning). We strongly recommend to select a room with a pool view (that also includes airco) if you want to avoid these annoyances. Next to that, the bed was pretty stiff/rigid - warning if you’ve got back pain! Lastly, the room and overall facilities looked a little bit old and could benefit from a little “refresh”.

Friendly staff, location was good as is close walking distance to the city center (small pedestrian path not visible on google maps). Pool and surrounding garden were also very much appreciated considering the heat we faced. The room was spacious.

Old facilities in the room, uncomfortable beds, lack of AC in romm which is very bad in Italian summers, checkout possible from 8 30, floating tiles in the pool, lack of any fresh and good veggies on breakfast (in the middle of season in Italy).

The hotel advertises a/c, however their a/c was not working. Additionally the room smelled of stewage backup and the wifi was horrendous. When the staff was advised they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They even took the liberty to trash talk my husband under their breath when they walked away (please note, he was extremely kind and patient). They could not relocate us another room or offer us any alternative options. We requested at least a fan and they brought us the oldest, loudest, dustiest, and most awful fan I have ever seen in my life and with the rudest attitude as well. I would never stay at this facility again and I highly recommend others to do the same.
