From the outside, it looks shabby, and unwelcoming could do with a bit of paint , The location was busy and could be loud at night

The staff from Reception to Chamermaids were excellent, very professional, helpful, and friendly, Located just a short walk from the station and within walking distance of the main attractions, not a attractive building but once inside the room was nice and done the job

Strange 'balcony' door only bottom half opened. Slightly unsafe area despite good proximity to train station. Great big room with very small TV. Bedside lights no good for reading.

Great air conditioning, much needed in Bari in August. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Plenty of space. Nice and quiet, helpful friendly staff with 24 hr reception. Easy to find on arrival at train station, very amusing old fashioned lift. Also close to shopping and bus terminus.

While the room itself was clean, the bathroom was quite small and felt cramped. The fixtures seemed outdated.

I wished the breakfast was included

this hotel should have at least 3 stars, not only 2. The cleaning is perfect, I have never been in a hotel such cleaned and they come everyday. The room is very cozy, air conditioning worked perfectly; the staff is very nice. The position is perfect: just round the corner from the station and 10 min walking from the old centre; there are 3 markets in the same street; very quiet at night.

No breakfast or coffee facilities in the room. There was no safe or mini fridge as well. The entrance needs refurbishment immediately. It is scary at first sight. A vending machine for beverages and coffee would be an asset considering that there is no bar.

The Wi-Fi was quite difficult to connect to. Even when it did connect, it would suddenly disconnect, which was inconvenient.

The staff was very kind! It was great that I could get hot water, so I could enjoy the tea I brought. They also let me use the refrigerator. Above all, having an elevator was very convenient!

Only con: The hotel does not offer breakfast. However, there are plenty of eateries nearby

The location of the hotel was perfect for me: only a short walk from the railway station (I travel by train and took several day trips by train) and a pleasant, easy walk to the old town (Bari Vecchia) and the waterfront. My room was comfortable and suited my needs with a large table, a firm bed and sufficient storage space. A blind made the room completely dark – great for a good night’s sleep -, and the room was mostly very quiet. The person manning the reception desk in the afternoons was particularly friendly and helpful. - I even extended my initial 3-night stay to an extra night to see more of the fascinating region.

It was a classic hotel in an old building. Two stars, clean, comfortable. The staff was great, super helpful and friendly at all times. It was 5 minutes walk to the train station and 10 to the old town.

Only 1-2 things inside the room - one of the drawers was a bit broken, but not a big deal. Just pinned in my eye becauase everything in the room was perfect.

Location is very good - 5min from the main train station and most of the busses and 2 min from one of the main shopping streets. 10min leisure walk to the historic center. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff is awesome everyone is so friendly, understanding, always available. Room was clean, spatious, comfortable. In fact this was the cleanest bathroom i have ever been in.

The bed was rather small (couldn't be more than 190cm, if that) for two people who are 180cm+ tall.
