The stuff and the general manager were very friendly. The location is excellent: 5 min walk to the sea. The hotel coppe is situated on a main street with shops, restorants, and bars. The size of the room was good enough and very clean. The sea view from our room was beautiful. We didn't pay extra for this option

Late night entertainment in their streetside bar would have been a nice addition.

It was slightly retro-modern in style, noticeably clean and just the right size so that you felt like a valued guest. I believe it was the hotel owner who was also the bartender and the reception, he was nice to talk with. The older gentleman on the evening shift was also friendly and helpful.

As everywhere in Jesolo the night might be noisy some times due to people speeking loudly on the street.

Very clean hotel just a corner away from the seaside where the hotel has it's own sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice, famiar hotel, with parking facility. The breakfast is better than in other Italian hotels at same category.

I recently stayed at Hotel Coppe for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the four-star rating I was expecting. The decor is quite dated, which gives the property a tired and uninviting feel. Adding to that was a wifi that simply does not provide a service (too slow or switched off) and a lack of attention to detail in our room. On arrival we found no towels or water a drawer had a used vape, stray hairs, and a make-up brush left behind from a previous guest. Over the course of our stay no water was provided at all which I found unusual for a 4 star and not in line with previous hotels we have stayed in the area. The breakfast was another letdown. There was not enough provided for the guests staying. On both mornings I noted it ran out before the breakfast session ended. I get up early and sit and have tea whilst waiting for my family to surface and eventually arrive at the end of the breakfast session so I get to observe these things... For example the fruit was cut into small cubes to eek it out and was already browning and looked far from fresh or appetising. The selection overall was very basic for a hotel that claims to be four stars. I was also disappointed to find that the hotel does not provide an iron, making it difficult to prepare my outfit for dinner. The answer from the manager was that they use a service to manage laundry. We had a conversation about me needing an iron, but I was not offered a way to access this service and there were no signs of leaflets in the room explaining how to access the laundry service therefore I conclude it didn't really exist. I specifically filtered my search on Booking.com for four-star properties because I expected a certain standard, but this hotel did not meet that expectation. They charge four-star prices but, in reality, offer a service that feels more like three stars at best. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend.

We have been any many hotels already but the frienliness was never that high. We are really glad we have chosen Coppe near to the sea, with their clean rooms, air-conditional in that hot summer, cool bar, opening hours, flexible personal and beautiful view. I specially want to thank Hazan (bar man) and the friendly recepcionist who always found a way to make us happy, filled our needs and organised us even things those were not actual job. Many thanks you guys! Specially because we know you work hard in the summer time, but you were never too tired to make us happy.

The hotel is near to the sea, the rooms are nice and clean, kind staff, nice vacation.
